New caregivers joining our team are screened, tested and evaluated according to the guidelines instituted by the New Jersey and Florida Board Of Nursing. they are required to continue their education throughout the year. There are weekly communications between the caregiver and the RN supervisor so that the nurse is always informed of a client's progress. the caregiver works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse who monitors the delivery of service by making the scheduled visits to the home.
