I am so grateful that I found this place! I had the best service from Michael and the staff there working on my project.
The quality of work is among the best that I have seen!

I waited to write this until I could just present the facts. I previously used this shop and thought highly of them (especially Michael and installer), but my latest experience was awful.

I brought in my 53' trailer to have the previous company's graphics removed. Was told I would be charged by the hour and that it might be after 1800 when done and around $515.00

I was there around 11:50 Work didn't start until after 12:11 PM. When i was called to move trailer under the awning to start work.

I stayed with the truck and actually helped the installer remove the vinyl to save time. It was good and I could keep working while he got pull away to take care of other customers that arrived after me.

Despite only being there a few hours, helping to do the work myself, and the installer taking constant pauses to work on other vehicles, I was billed for 5.5 hours ($415). It felt like they were double-dipping.

When I pointed out to Michael that it's unfair to constantly pull the installer away when I am paying an hourly rate, the owner came out of nowhere. He didn't ask what the problem was; He just immediately got aggressive and let Michael have it and then me. When asked the owner why you keep pulling installer away to do smaller jobs he said THE ECONOMY, I said my job is over 500.00 and was here first. He asked if I thought I was "more important than the others." I kept working , but then realized this guy just disrepected me like I work for him or the work was free.

Went inside gave Michael my card and asked for the owner, called him an AH and all hell broke loose. I asked to cash out immediately. While waiting for my receipt, he continued to argue, acted like he might strike me. I went outside gave the installer a tip and made sure no ladders where in teh way of the truck. Michael came out and help direct em out from under the awning. The owner came out to scream at his own installer, blaming him for the situation. See what you did??????

Good workers, but a highly unprofessional owner and shady hourly billing. I won't be back.

We use SPECTRUM every year for all of our banner needs and I have to say everytime we work with them they always come through even when we only have a 48hr window. These guys (especially Jay) are bad ass designers. He is a true master of his craft and can make anything you take them look insane. I definitely recommend using them for whatever you need. Their prices are also competitive. Love them! Love them!
