Waste of time. Temp not taken but written on after care summary. Not asked about meds by provider or assistant before prescribing a med. Told 30-45 minutes wait. Took over 2.5 hours. Should have went to Monroe Hospital. Would have been less time and would have been listened to, meds checked, temp taken since slight fever at home and would have been thoroughly checked

Whoever answered the phone when I called today was rude and short with me and acted as though my phone call was such a bother. All I asked was who I could contact about a summer externship. She didn’t have an answer for me so I asked if she could give me the name or number for someone else to speak with since she was unsure how to assist me. She replied “I already said we don’t do that here” with a very rude tone of voice and eventually transferred me to someone else. This is Tuesday, June 2, 2026 @ 1:42 pm, so whoever is working the front desk or answering the phones at this time should probably receive further training on customer service since she is the first initial contact and first impression that people are receiving for your clinic.

The doctor barged into my room not even needing to see me. Scared me and the nurse. The doctor asked if she could record our conversation. I said no and then she got defensive. Which made me feel off and I struggled to advocate for myself. Later in the appointment I needed to do a self swab of my privates. With the doctor having barged in earlier I felt very anxious. There was also a dead cockroach on the floor. To add, they asked me bring in a sample to the front desk. When I did, they said we cannot take that and that I needed to bring the sample to Monroe County Hospital. Where they had no record for the order of the test so they could not take it. I am very confused and disappointed.

Okay, so the nurses were absolutely AMAZING! The doctor was wonderful, listened and was so sweet! Everyone working was 100/10! Never a bad experience here at all! The best walk-in in Bloomington!

The staff were kind and efficient. I felt very listened to, respected and very well taken care of. Urgent Care is superior to any ER experience that I have had.
