So I took my daughter to Tillys on trinity parkway and the dressing rooms are Hella sketch , the floors are super shiny so you can see the reflection of the person getting dressed if you are sitting in front of the dressing room also there are no roof covers on the rooms which makes me question where cameras are placed inside this store . I think the store should rethink your dressing room area so people getting dressed can feel safe and secure

Let's just say as a former AM I was truly in shock when I walked into the store May 30th & no one greated me or acknowledged me. They were all grouped up together talking like they were in high schooI, I didn't get asked if i needed any help until an employee over hear me say this isn't how you treat your customers at Tillys then he asked if I needed any help, after that they proceeded to follow/keep asking me if I was looking for anything or needed help after a young lady walked by saying yea I'm watching, looking at me and speaking into the radio...really? I paid for my stuff and left I love shopping at Tillys often and this was just so wrong.

Friendly, hip and welcoming staff. Ready to assist and acknowledged us as we entered the store. We were asked two times if we needed assistance with anything, When we needed a dressing room, someone was there to help assist. Love the location, no hassle while browsing.

Went in there put a dress on hold because power was out. Came back to the store at 7 o’clock. It was still closed. Came back in the morning and they put it away. She’s rude and acts like it’s my fault. Horrible customer service. I won’t shop there anymore, I didn’t know what size dress cause my granddaughter wasn’t with me. That’s why we left it on hold yesterday. They’re so busy talking and being little kids in there.

One of the resent additions to Park West Place Shopping Center off Trinity Parkway in Northwest Stockton. The store has a very cute decor with more room to walk around than the other Stockton location. The staff were friendly. Located between Five Below & Bob’s Discount Furniture.
