They raise the rates ALL the time... They start just about the time you get comfortable with the payments, then BAM. They Jack up your price. And there's never enough carts available when you need them to move things. The staff is fine, I have no problems them, but it's terrible business practice to screw customers over with constant price increases. It's cool though. I'm just the ake my business elsewhere.

Absolutely the best place I have rented! It’s so clean inside and out, very nice receptionist with lots of helpful information! The only downside I have to say is there are not a lot of trollies which is no fault of the company but they have probably walked away on their own if you know what I mean! Also great prices and hope they stay that way for a while.

The staff was wonderful and friendly and knew all the answers to my questions. It was quick and easy to get a storage unit. I didn't even have to go into the office.

Rating this 2 Stars ONLY because this place ONLY has 2 carts to share for the whole building!!! So your basically screwed if you get stuck on the upper floors and inner units, on a busy day. So be prepared to break your back moving or see if you can bring your own cart or dolly to help.

Other than that the service was amazing, the building is clean, and its reasonable pricing.

I had such a great experience at Prime Storage thanks to Miss Laura. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my belongings out without any extra charges, which meant a lot to me. Her kindness and understanding really stood out, and she treated me with genuine respect the whole time.

On top of that, she offered me words of encouragement that I truly needed in that moment—it wasn’t just great customer service, it was real compassion. Miss Laura is an amazing person, and Prime Storage is lucky to have her. Thank you again for your help!
