I had Extra Mile paint the exterior trim of my home in 2012. The original job was terrible. They missed spots, the edging was poorly done, paint was streaky and overall the quality was poor. They replaced the painters and came back again and slightly improved the quality. It has now been a few years and the paint is cracking and peeling all over. I called EMP and they said they would only stand behind the job for 1 year. I would have to pay for my home to be repainted again. This is not what I would expect from a reputable company. They were not even open to a middle ground. I would strongly advise against using this company.
