Great products, terrible service. I love the sky windows that LV Toituires installed. They are made by the renowned European company Velux, and add value and charm to my home. Unfortuntely, my customer service experience with LV Toitures was very negative. The workers did irreparable damage to my sheet metal roof when they installed the windows. In addition, the installation of one of the sky windows was not complete, which meant that it was not operating property when the installation team left the property. When I mentioned the damage to the salesperson, he told me essentially that there was nothing to be done. I eventually managed to have him agree to have the damage repaired. However, the company never actually repaired the damage, claiming instead that it did not effect the integrity of the roof and was merely an aesthetic issue. (They are right about this, the damage is very ugly.) Instead, they offered me first $150 in compensation. Then, when I argued that it was insufficient, they increaed the amount to $300, which was presented as a non-negotiable final offer. Regarding the incomplete installation of the window, when I mentioned the problem to a company representative, I was informed that it was "impossible" that the installation team did not complete the installation. He then insinuated that the person I hired to do the finishing work around the inside of the window had damaged the mechanism inside the window. This turned out to be false, as I found doing reasearch online that the spring simply needed to be activated as the last step of the installation process, which I managed to do myself. This experience of essentially "blaming the victim" made an already bad situation worse. In my personal opinion, the $300 LV Toitures offered goes nowhere near compensating for the damage they caused to the roof and the aggravation I experienced dealing with this company.

Incredible service! Had a emergency with a leaking roof. Called this company in early morning hours and spoke to Christopher who with no hesitation was able to help me. Not only is he professional, polite and efficient his service in keeping me up to date with a service repair call was exceptional. I would recommend them to everyone. Keep up the incredible work!
