As your therapist, I will embrace a non-judgmental, reflective approach driven by careful listening, curiosity, warmth and empathy. This approach will enable us to engage in a deep exploration of past and current experiences and feelings, ways of relating to others as well as the underlying causes of thoughts and actions that may be getting in the way of living a more fulfilling life. I offer therapy sessions in my offices in Central and North London as well as online. Please feel free to visit my website to book a free phone consultation. Read more
