I am very disappointed in FPG since their choice in a new head of HR. The decisions that have been made by Gabby are not in line with my moral or professional values and made me make the hard decision to leave the company.
I personally do not believe that Gabby has the skills, qualifications or abilities to lead an HR team or do what is in the best interest of the Employees.
I am disappointed with how my complaint was handled and how it was not processed properly according to proper investigation standards.

Still waiting for an explanation I would give zero stars if possible And no I'm not taking my Google review down either it's based on facts not emotions what happened to handling these things through the proper channels? Why is it so hard to tell me what happened It is not possible to get 19 lb from 145 lb human being..... And why did you send me a cease and desist letter instead of actually answering my questions when you could not get my Google review removed for a third time on April 23rd remember that dates in ceased and assist letter. I don't know if you're aware of this or not but in California I have every legal right to post honest reviews and I have to proof I have the logs I have the hair that's still covered in blood I have the two containers that weigh 19 lb I have the photos I have every text message every voicemail every correspondence from the staff at the location that you own that did this to my child these are not opinions these are facts.... Why do I still not have answers And why are you still sending me emails I got one at 7:14 yesterday morning how does a human being in your care get severe postmortem dehydration when you know there's an open service and you signed the contract to do with the date why was a protective creams and wraps not placed on him to prevent this??? Why did your staff tell me that a casket adds to the weight of the remains when everything but the bone and tooth is vaporized??? Why did you send me an email to plan my funeral and prepay my arrangements to protect my family when my time comes if your staff is so scared of seeing me in the public because I am verbally harassing them and abusing them I have not had contact with any of your staff since March 23rd you guys are the one who keeps emailing me I have a legal right to notify the public of what you guys have done It is unacceptable The death industry is not a fast food establishment It needs to be handled with the dignity and care and oversight and if you guys are not equipped and do not understand how you need to hire the proper people who are licensed to do the jobs what about the lawsuits to do with prior employees because of all the things that are done in these places because of the way they're being ran now??? Not opinions again these are actual things I found in the headlines since March 18th when I started researching because of the condition of my child still waiting for answers and proper channels here

That they have a horrible turnaround due to understaffed and overworked employees. There is no raises or appreciation for the staff in the slightest. They expect their employees to take on heavy workload and penalize them if they make mistakes. They don’t pay a livable wage. This is not a company that cares about their employees.

Hi. I just saw that there were only 7 reviews for this company and I like even numbers so ill make # 8....but wow 2.9 for a funeral home company ? Dang.....Of all the industry/businesses you should have great reviews for this is one of them. But maybe they will have a funeral of their very own

My father's remains was shipped to me perfectly. However my mother's remains was shipped in a box with newspaper around the vials and could hear them shake in the box. I called but can't get a hold of anyone at this company to help me. Maybe they will get a hold of me to retify this problem so no one else gets it
