Isaiah was a computer wizard who swiftly took care of my laptop that had a cup of tea spilled on it and ruined. A new one was ordered with a cover and he was able to retrieve everything and was all done in 4 days with kindness and patience highly recommend this amazing shop.

Isaiah provides top-notch customer service, and resolved the issue.

Isaiah found my review, then contacted me to see if he could resolve the issue. I told him what I wanted for it to be resolved, and he provided me with a number of options to get it done. After working through the issues, we settled on one. Isaiah went above and beyond with helping me, and got it done. He was very professional, and I would trust him if I were to bring a phone in to this Prescott location, again.

Beware Albert.
I came in to get my cracked screen glass repaired. After that was done, I was aggressively pitched to get a new battery, for 89.99, because mine was alledgedly "swollen". After lowering the price by 20 dollars, he did the work in 10 minutes.

I've been to this reconnected location, in Prescott, before. I had no problems with the screen that was installed then, no scratches, no anything. I haf another one replaced overseas, on this same phone for 12 dollars, and that one didn't have this problem. The screen currently on my phone somehow became scratched in 2 days. The battery installed doesn't work as well as the "swollen" one that I had, before. This new one loses battery power even after I turn the phone off, no background applications running or anything, nor does it hold a charge better than my last one.

In addition to all of this, I had to re-insert my microSD card, because it was inserted imprioerly, rendering it to "read-only" mode.

I feel as though I have been ripped off. If you go to this store, beware of Albert.

Edit: Six days after I got the repair, the phone cracked after simply being in my pocket with my key. Never had that problrm, before, even without a screen protector.

Isaiah at reconnected , was able to recover all of my contacts messages , photos and emails after I had got locked out of my phone. These guys are great. Nothing was lost. I highly recommend reconnected for any type of electronic needs. They also have high quality accessories!
