The five star rating is for one specific Electrician, Yassel Bauza. He did an incredible job. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, hardworking and doesn’t cut corners. The company had previously sent three other electricians in two separate occasions for the same issue and they had no idea what they were doing. They just replaced the breaker and told me it was fixed. I had to call back and specifically request Yassel. I highly recommend him. He found the problem very quickly, fixed the issue and set up a follow up to assure a permanent fix. In Charge Electric is lucky to have him.

Domingo was fantastic! He did a great job explaining our issue and walking me through our home's electrical diagram so I could better understand it. I highly recommend In Charge Electrical Services. Even though this visit was covered under warranty, I'll definitely be using them for future projects.

This is the second time that I worked with InCharge and twice I’ve been very happy with their performance!!
- This time they were here they were scheduled fast and they arrived to our house at the beginning of their time window
- they were prepared to do the work knowing what to expect with my 220 V “overvoltage” error
- they went right to the offending breaker to find the series number and it was expected a bad part
- they had the parts on hand and immediately changed and tested it
- They explained each step they were about to do and what they expected, and it went exactly as they said - super effective and professional
- I was so happy that I asked if they provide “maintenance contract“ and they do.
- I’ll buy that package when they offer it to me

I had a great experience with InCharge, especially with our service tech Garrett. He took the time to walk me through all the wiring and connections in our new home and explained everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand.

Garrett was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure I felt confident about how everything was set up and how it all works together. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and educating the homeowner in the process.

From calling them to set up to getting the work we needed done it was under 48 hours
They were extremely helpful and punctual
Dorian was our technician who was so helpful and kind and made sure everything was done perfectly.
Alphonso who helped us set it up was also very helpful.
10/10 would use again!
