I will not be doing business again with these people. Not only did I have to wait almost 3 months for my product, but they shipped it, somehow didn't charge my account, even though I paid for the product on the website immediately... They claim that the payment didn't go through yet shipped my product anyways which make zero sense... And now over a year later are demanding I pay them again and trying to take me to collections if I don't.... Yeah I'm not paying you twice. If you guys sent me back my money after my order was placed that's on you. Not sure why you would ship it without payment.

Ordered march 11, still not even shipped yet as of April 22 and no idea when it will actually ship and no way to expedite or pay for rush shipment. Customer service said they're 'really backed up right now'. Avoid! Instead, try a company that is not quite as 'constipated'.

We have been ordering from them for over a year now. The price was nearly half of what we paid our former company. Customer service is huge for us and they are as friendly as they come. Quick response time as well as always getting our shipments to us faster than can be expected. We couldn't be happier. Great company.
