I honestly don't even know where to begin because I don't think I could have gotten through this without Tiffany.
First and foremost, I thank God for allowing me to stumble across one of her Instagram posts. Before finding Tiffany, I had spoken with several of the big-name tax resolution companies, as well as the Taxpayer Advocate Service, and not one of them came close to the level of knowledge, expertise, and genuine care that Tiffany provided.
I was absolutely terrified of dealing with the IRS. I wanted to do the right thing and be compliant, but I honestly didn't know what to do. It felt like I was making payments that weren't getting me anywhere, and every interaction with the IRS left me feeling more overwhelmed and discouraged.
Then I found Tiffany.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience for anyone considering this service.

I enrolled in the Cents Savvy credit repair program after researching several companies and specifically chose this one because I was looking for an experienced, hands-on credit repair service. Based on the branding and marketing, I expected a more personalized experience with direct guidance throughout the process.

Unfortunately, my experience was very different.

My first concern occurred during onboarding when there was a misunderstanding regarding my initial consultation. While I moved forward and gave the company the benefit of the doubt, it set the tone for what would become an ongoing communication issue.

Throughout my time in the program, communication felt highly automated and transactional. Although I was assigned a dedicated credit concierge agent, I rarely felt like I was receiving personalized support. Most communication came through the portal, and responses often felt scripted rather than tailored to my specific situation.

To be fair, dispute rounds were submitted and I did receive score updates. However, I never received the level of personalized credit analysis, guidance, or strategy that I expected based on the services advertised. I was looking for a professional partnership where I could better understand what was happening with my credit and why. Instead, the process felt largely self-service, requiring me to monitor updates and navigate concerns on my own.

The deciding factor for me came after I canceled my membership. My final dispute round had been submitted while my account was active and paid. When I asked how I would receive updates or results from that round, I was informed that once disputes are submitted, the service is considered complete and no additional reviews, assessments, summaries, or updates would be provided after cancellation.

While that may align with their internal policies, it was disappointing because previous communications described the service as including updates related to dispute responses and subsequent actions. As a customer, I believed the value of a dispute round included not only submission of disputes but also understanding the outcome of those disputes.

I do not believe this is a fraudulent company, and I appreciate that the team was generally professional in their responses. However, I believe prospective clients should understand that this is a process-driven service rather than a highly personalized credit coaching experience.

If you are comfortable with a portal-based system and primarily want disputes submitted on your behalf, this service may work well for you. If you are looking for frequent communication, detailed explanations, personalized strategy, and ongoing guidance, your expectations may not align with the service model.

This simply was not the right fit for me.

Tiffany is very thorough with the info she gives. She helped me get on track with what needs to be done. She reviewed all my tax info by sharing her screen. She explained everything pertaining to my info that needed to be attended to. I was eligible for a penalty removal which I had no clue until Tiffany told me. It’s hard to trust people nowadays with all the scamming but I took my chances and I’m glad I did. I will be recommending people her way. Thank you so much for lifting your own people up. We need more honest and knowledgeable people as such. I will be in your tax class one of these days!!! Thank you for all you’ve done.
