Called 4 times leaving a message for a call back no response in3 days

They don't answer their phone and the office is locked. The website is beautifully designed but is user unfriendly.

I just got off the phone with an employee who was rude and totally unsympathetic toward our situation. We were referred to this agency for meals on wheels for my husband who is on hospice and is not doing well. The hospice nurse felt my husband might benefit from this program but the person I spoke to was clearly not wanting to help us or even care about the fact that he was dying and we just wanted some extra help during the time he had left. In the end it was clear she was not going to help us so I terminated the phone call. I would not recommend this service for anyone if their staff is going to be this rude to potential clients.
