I had originally given the company a one star rating due to the reasons below, and updated the rating due to the performance since- but still could not give a five star rating due to the initial issues but, I would have if the work started on the given date or I had been notified of a change .

The roofer did come on Monday and worked for two days on the roof. The work site was tidied at the end of the day Monday and he had identified some repairs that needed doing and went ahead and did them. The company representatives acknowledged that communication was an issue and worked hard to to improve this area. A crew came out on Thursday to inspect the roof which included the general manager who answered all my questions and concerns and provided information on roofing changes; he also identified some areas that could be improved and had a crew come out to complete these improvements at no extra charge, and when they left my yard was even cleaner than before. I appreciate the responsiveness the company's representatives have shown towards rectifying the situation.

I am currently regretting my decision to go with this company to replace my roof. At first I was grateful that they were so flexible and able to work with me while waiting for the removal of solar panels. Once I received the removal date for the panels and notified the company they gave me a date a few days later for the roof. I was informed that the job would take 1 day. I received an email from the project manager to advise that the roofer would be out the Friday/Sat ( the date booked was Sept 13, the Saturday). The roofer did come out on Friday worked on the roof, took receipt of the new shingles and then left without a word. Saturday came and no roofer- at the end of the day I sent an email to the project manager. Sunday still no sign of the roofer so I called into the office and explained the situation and was informed that they would get back to me in 30 minuets. Three hours later with no contact I called again but my call was not answered. I received a text a short time later informing me that the roofer would come Monday, "Sorry for the delay". I have an unfinished roof, nails and other debris in my yard since Friday and am wondering if indeed the roofer will show up today. Very poor communication and reliability .

Hi, I saw some of the vinyl siding that came out from one side of my house due to heavy wind. Immediately, I called Glen from CPR Group and told me to send one of the technicians to fix / rectify. He sent one technician on the same weekend and rectified / fixed properly. He did an amazing job. I have known CPR Group for the past two to three years because they replaced my house roof with his amazing technicians.

I strongly recommend CPR Group for roofing and vinyl siding jobs.

Reached out to CPR group after reading good things online for a quote and assistance with a small repair. Ben reached out to respond immediately and although it took a few days for us to coordinate so he could come check the house out, his communication in between was excellent. He dropped by today with a bunch of samples to attempt to match our vinyl but was able to do the minor fix we needed on the spot. We did discuss some additional repairs and I look forward to working more with this company in the future.
