I parked my car in this garage and was willing to pay for it, but I diddnt see any machines. I thought the payment should be done at the exit, but again I couldnt fine d anything to pay, no signs. When I left then I noticed I have a ticket. I used to pay here one year ago and everything was easy, like regular underground garage parking, now probably they changed everything and made it difficult for people. I went there again after to find out where are their pay machines, actually they dont have it in every level, and no proper signs showing where are they. I think this sistem is made deliberately in order to ticket people and make more money than for the parking charge. I am going to dispute my ticket.
