Everyone at this store is always so nice. I was helped today by Matthew who is so incredibly kind and patient. They let me take my time to decide, and provided expert advice when needed. I didnt get their name but the manager with blonde hair is always very nice and helpful as well. I usually hate shopping in person but everyone here always makes it a good experience!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I bought a spray that stopped working because the bottle itself is defective. The store took my email address when I made the purchase, but when I came back they said they couldn't check the system and find my receipt. What's the point of collecting customers' email addresses if you can't use them to look up a purchase?

They refused to exchange the product because I didn't have the original paper receipt. Of course I don't keep receipts for six months, especially when they already have my email on file.

They told me to contact Customer Service. Customer Service was just as unhelpful. They said the product had been discontinued, which has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that the bottle doesn't work and I wasted $50 on it.

To make things even worse, after I started asking questions, they simply hung up on me.

Never again will I shop at this store.

It's my first visiting this Mac store with my mom, and the staffs are so nice. Especially kuya Geoff who helped us with different shades of lippies. I also received bunch of freebies for my birthday, so I would like to thank the Mac store and kuya Geoff. Thank you po!

I had such a wonderful experience at MAC Cosmetics today! Vin was incredibly helpful and took the time to help me find the perfect shade for me. Vin was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. I ended up finding a colour I absolutely love, and honestly, I liked another one so much too that I'll definitely be back to buy it very soon. I wanted to share some feedback about my visit to MAC today. My sister and I were the first ones in line, but the sales associate helped another customer before assisting us. It was pretty frustrating, and it made us question the purpose of waiting in line.worst experience ever will never visit again.
