Every time I go into this location the chicks water is FILTHY and I have to tell the manager or associate about it and they respond “okay I’ll get to it”
When you go into North 40 or even country store I have never once seen their water anywhere close. It is absolutely disgusting and as somebody who has a farm, I will go the extra miles to go to a store that takes care of the animals… It’s all over Facebook as well. This store has pure lazy employees that don’t care about animal welfare
It’s one thing if I only had to do this once, but unfortunately, I’ve had to do this at least four times this year and I have never had to say anything to any other store ever in my life. The store is brand new and won’t last long.

Horrible customer service, I won't shop here anymore. Last week I asked if they had some spray that I was looking for. The person I talked with said that there was probably some in the back but he wasn't going to ask anyone to look.

Went back today, and the spray still wasn't on the shelf so I asked an employee named Tom if there was any way they would check in the back. Tom was super rude and told me that they don't keep or have anything in the back. I guess when stuff comes in it just magically appears on the shelf.

I had a couple items I was going to get and I went to the register. Apparently the person there thought it would be better to open up a bag of rags and put them away under the counter than to check out a customer. I walked out, and I'll keep shopping at North 40.

From the moment you walk through the doors, you're greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel valued as a customer. Every employee we interacted with was exceptionally helpful, patient, and willing to take the time to answer questions and explain anything we needed.

Alyssa is the customer service queen. We've been needy(asking alot of questions and needing additional help)both times we've been in and she's been nothing short of amazing. The store has a great variety of things we currently use or will need in the future.

Stopped in to stock up on winter essentials for my chickens. They had the 50lb value bags of Producer’s Pride scratch and the Flock Blocks in stock. These are life-savers for keeping the flock entertained and fed during the cold months. Glad I could find everything in one trip.
