I had such a wonderful experience at Chipotle, and I especially want to appreciate Susmita for her amazing service! She was so kind, attentive, and professional, and she prepared my rice bowl so beautifully. You could really see the care she put into it.

I’m visiting from Canada, and this was such a lovely experience. Susmita’s warm service and attention to detail truly made my visit special. Thank you, Susmita, for making my meal and my experience so enjoyable! You’re doing an amazing job. 🌟

Below average chipotle, usually are out of the advertised special and the staff seems over worked. Scoops of food typically have the life beat out of them before making it to your bowl so don’t order double meat and expect to get what you pay for. Not sure what the fix is here but you’re better off spending your money somewhere else.

My family tried to order food through their app and they gave us they delivered us the wrong food. The order was a single person's order and I have a family of 6 and they just refunded our money but I would much rather have just got the food. Life for my family would have been better if they paid attention to what orders the drivers are taking. Will not be getting food from them again.

I always love chipotle, and I really like that this location has the "chipotlane" feature. I usually have a very positive experience here! Today they were short staffed and so service was a bit slow, and I found an entire bay leaf in my food :/

Still, they had good portion sizes and quality food. This location is usually consistent... but please no more bay leaves in my dinner!

I'm not sure if the staff are trained to rush as fast as they can to make food here, but it sure seems that way because it happens pretty much every time we come in. I appreciate quick service, but I would rather have somebody take the extra couple seconds to nicely make my burrito instead of slopping it all together in a hurry.

One time I came in the afternoon, and they said they were out of veggies. Didn't tell me if more veggies were being made or offer me the option to wait for more, it was more like, "yeah too bad."

We came in last week and finally had a really nice girl who made our food very nicely, didn't make us feel rushed, she was awesome. She did a great job. Wish our experience could always be this way when we come here.
