I’m not sure how this hotel is a four star establishment. The rooms were quite dated and felt more like a cheap motel. Other than the carpet from the 1980s, my biggest issue is that the room was very damp and warm and the AC did nothing but blow hot air around. Avoid in the summer time!

Front Desk Staff needs to be retrained!

Stayed at this location for work. Upon check-in, I wasn't asked for my CLC card and I forgot to ask if it's needed. I work overnight with my team, we get off at 7am so I typically sleep in the day. The next morning while my DND sign was on the door there was a knock but I ignored it and went back to sleep. A few mins later I heard someone trying to open the door that's when I got up quickly to inquire who it was.

It was the front desk staff - I asked what was needed, she said the CLC card, I said when I wake up I'll bring it down. She responds and says but it's 11am. I said yes, and I work overnights.

This interaction was so unprofessional and crazy to me, there's no sleep schedule at any hotel, I can sleep when I want to. And trying to enter the room! Woww. I've been traveling with my team since March and this is the first hotel to do that. Upon giving the card later that afternoon, I told the staff I didn't appreciate that and barely got an apology. The lady who knocked apologized, the one who checked me in just stared in my face. After this happened I didn't sleep well any of the mornings and checked out early. I was uncomfortable, this was completely unacceptable.

This was one of the best comfort inn's I've ever stayed in.

I am mobility handicapped post spine surgery and the staff was all amazingly helpful. They had a mobility accessible room with two beds (some others only have one bed with handicap accessibility rooms, leading me to disrupt the sleep of my family member more).
Particularly, Daniel, who checked us in at the front desk, was a saint. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help us with anything we needed for a restful night.

I also love a fresh hotel waffle for breakfast. Every free hotel breakfast needs waffles (which they did). I do wish they had had some toppings for them (chocolate, strawberries, cinnamon, etc), but at least they had the waffles!

Very clean rooms super nice house keeping…
Food hot and looks good. Clean parking lots.
I felt safe.
Close to lots of places to eat.

I really had a great experience at this location, staff was great, accommodated our service dog,great breakfast, very considerate, put us near the exit door so my elderly grandmother didn't have to walk far . Clean rooms. Great staff
10/10 I would stay again.
