Due to a family emergency I could not attend a class. The owner was incredibly rude, hanging up on me and refusing to reschedule for another class. Also making comments to the effect of I was trying to rip her off.

This is the place to go if you are needing supplies for making candies, cakes, etc. I run a large fund-raising bake sale every year, and this is where I go to buy chocolate molds, ribbon, bags, etc. The service and advice is always great! They carry: Silpats, baking sheets, chocolate molds, dragées, cake decorating tools, icing bags and tips, books, pretty bags for presenting your creations, and lots more stuff that I can't remember at the moment.
