I’ve lived at both of the properties managed by Kat and any issues I’ve ever had have been quickly resolved. Management as a whole does their best to make the complex feel like a community with weekly breakfasts, lunches and other spontaneous events for kids and adults. Also very quiet, and laid back properties as well. In all I love living here & I’d recommend it to anyone because management is great! (:

The Standard of Copperfield has an outstanding maintenance team. They are courteous, professional, knowledgeable, deliver great results and work hard to meet the expectations of the residents. We have been living at these apartments for over 3 years. The supervisor, David, is one of the main reasons we want to stay at this complex.

A year ago I made a review giving this apartment complex a 5 star review about now if I could give it a 0 believe me I would there’s been a lot of cars being stolen or being left on bricks my car almost got stolen and when I went to the office the managers response was that she wasn’t responsible for anything. These pictures are recent the Honda was may third and the other one was April 8 and there’s been more than those two the apartments are pretty but I feel I like for the price that everyone pays they could easily pay a security guard.

The Standard at Copperfield has honestly been the best apartment experience I’ve had. I live in a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment, and I love how modern and well laid out it is. The large refrigerator and the walk-in closet are things I truly appreciate every day.

Maintenance is excellent ,it takes me longer to explain the issue than it does for them to fix it. They’re fast, professional, and reliable.

The new management has made a big positive difference. From the front office staff to the property manager, everyone is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.

I genuinely recommend this community.
