I give Mike Nunamaker 5 stars for being a great realtor. It was our first time buying a house and Mike made the process stress free and easy. He is a good listener and very easy to talk to. I loved the fact that when we would go to look at a house he would talk through the pros and cons with us. He was always available when we needed him and was always on top of everything that needed attention. He also has a buyers guide that is extremely helpful. We are very stratified with our purchase and we highly recommend him.

My experience selling with Mike was nothing short of amazing. I was at a point in my life where I was very overwhelmed and stressed.

He had great communication with me throughout the entire process and made everything as seamless and easy as possible. He checked out the space, gave me quite a few tips to help get the home ready to sell. The house was only on the market for 2 days I believe and we had multiple offers and the house sold for well over asking price.
