I used GNS Party Rentals for the rod & drapes, cruiser tables, wine stems etc. Gerard was a great help when it came to organizing what was needed, when it was scheduled to arrive, setup/tear down etc. I would highly recommend .....

extremely poor service
initially I was told told I have upto 3 weeks in advance of the event to cancel my order
when I called to cancel suddenly the owner starts threatening me with 25% cancellation fee and accusing me of lying and very very sarcastic
absolutly no respect for customers
i'm not the type to get easily offended and generally don't bother writing internet reviews
but this experience was so bad that I hope others can read this and avoid having to deal with people like these.
there are better party rentals out there who appreciate your money and buissness.
