I did not have a great experience with Mike's Used Appliances. When I first went in, the gentleman working told me he would put a fridge on hold for me so I could discuss a trade-in with Mike. He took my name and number and told me that Mike would call me on Monday. Not only did Mike not call, nor did anyone answer the phone or reply to my messages; when I went down to the store in person (I was ignored by the woman working the front counter and men were smoking in the building), I was then told that no fridge was placed on hold for me in the first place.
Needless to say, I will not be going back. Also, if you are looking for a reliable inexpensive company to haul your appliances, I would suggest Abstract.

This review is heresay info. And false as well as we don't put holds on appliances without a down payment. The person working at Mike's is answering phones for the store and our Delivery company, as well as helping customers in the store,sorry to hear about anyone feeling ignored but we do our best - thats why we've been in business for 18 years. And sometimes customers walk in the store with a smoke going or light up in the store when staff is busy,We promptly advise them that smoking is not allowed & ask them to extinguish the cigarette or go outside with it. I am a non smoker & do not appreciate anyone smoking in my store ! And to mention my colleagues at "Abstract Moving" is totally irrelevant to the complaints this person is making. If I was complaining about issues like this I would have the decency to speak to the management about it before I voice my issues on the internet ! Thank-You Mike Sharpe/Owner : Mikes Appliance

So pleased with the service of Mike's Good Used Appliances of Saskatoon. I told them what I was looking for over the phone and they told me to come down and see it. And the oven was exactly what I needed and at a great price!!!
