When i say I'm nervous about seeing the dentist! Aspen dental made me feel soooo comfortable n first the first time I REALLY felt calm!!! Im really looking forward to get my dental work done! My xrays to talking to the Denist and hygienist made me feel like this will be my home dentist. The receptionist n tech were very welcoming. No lies detected i have never ever felt like this going in a dentist office that's why my teeth is messed up. But I will be getting ALL my current future work done at Aspen. Thank u Aspen for being professional, gentle n efficient 😁 ❣️

I can only rave about Sam. She has treated my parent like family and has made sure we have felt comfortable with every step of the way. When there have been errors on their end she has proven over and over that we can count on her. I've genuinely been moved to tears with her ability to make my parent comfortable in such a vulnerable process. 10/10 would recommend asking for Sam if you or a loved one ever needs to work with Aspen Dental in Bloomington for denture procedures. I'm giving 3 stars for overall experience but would give 5 for the customer care we have experienced with her.

I don’t usually enjoy going to the dentist, but my visit to Aspen Dental completely changed that. The whole team was kind and efficient, and the environment felt comfortable from start to finish.

Emma truly stood out during my visit. She has such a great personality—super friendly, easy to talk to, and naturally funny. She made the whole experience feel relaxed instead of stressful, which I really appreciated. On top of that, she was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything that was going on.

If you’re nervous about dental visits, I definitely recommend going here and asking for Emma. She makes a big difference!

Having become somewhat skeptical of just about everything nowadays, I was very pleasantly surprised and quite impressed by how friendly, compassionate and professional everyone was in my quest for a new bottom denture. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how patient and caring my new friends Taylor & Morgan were in putting up with me as to getting them just the way I wanted, as it took a couple of tries to get them just right . And that seems to be a bit of a rarity these days it seems. So my hat is definitely off to them and everyone I had contact with.
As someone who very rarely pens a review (unless it’s a negative one) I would certainly recommend giving them a go, I’m sure glad I did! And I will also mention that their prices
are super reasonable compared to their competitors that I inquired about.
I certainly feel I made the right choice on this one!

Jamesha was a fantastic technician. Very patient and careful with my mom. She has a very small mouth and severe gag reflex. Jamesha was wonderful. And Dr. Rai was so gentle and gave us so much information. My mom lost her teeth due to thyroid cancer and no dentist could help her. Dr. Rai gave her a referral to the dental school in Chicago. No one has ever told us that before. So happy with Aspen!
