They never pick up the phone was supposed to send prescriptions in after I got two tooth pulled but did not send the prescriptions called multiple times nobody picks up the phone and way overpriced over $300 to get two tooth pulled I recommend it if you go there you better have good insurance or a fat wallet as soon as you pay the bill everything gets great then I don't think I will be going back and wouldn't recommend nobody either

Really nice people. But i went to them to see if i had any infections, and i didn't. Now they want to pull two teeth because i could get infections. Don't think they cleared me for my hip replacement because of that. I've been thru many surgeries and they haven't gotten infected yet. I've been cleared by my kidney dr and primary care dr and they my be holding me back.

My experience at aspen dental was very good. Everyone was nice and considerate. Explained my treatment plan in detail. Also talked about a payment plan for the extensive work that needs to be done. Very pleased.

Friendly atmosphere first time i felt relaxed going into a dentist office. From ex ray to full exam I felt comfortable with each person including the dentist. Big thank you to the Lady's in front office Katie and Jennie both made me feel welcomed to be there

I would just like to say thank you to the Aspen Dental team in Dyersburg for offering superior care and customer service to not only me but a host of individuals that I consider to be friends and family. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed, one was impacted. I have dreaded this surgery for years due to a horrible experience with another surgeon at a different clinic. A few things were in disarray the morning of my appointment, such as but not limited to a malfunctioning of my printer (couldn’t get the paperwork filled out prior to appointment), late arrival due to meddling with the printer, mistakenly being given the wrong paperwork to fill out (not her fault, we were rushing), having something to drink before surgery(big no no), and more! lol what? More? Ridiculous right!? Even so, Dr.Romero and his assistant got me in that room, changed my anesthesia for safety reasons (he was not joking about safety, loved it), got those teeth out of there and wished me well. My medication was ready as soon as I made it home (25 minutes) which means he sent it in right away. I know this review is long but I was genuinely terrified of having this done and they took GREAT care of me. So sweet, encouraging, and careful. The entire staff gets heart eyes and air hugs from me. Trust me, they’re worth bragging about! Don’t hesitate, just go. I’m a regular now too, so they better prepare to be sick of me lol God bless you all!
