Peel Region Paving installed a new driveway in Jun 2007. By Mar 2008 the driveway started to crack. By June 2008 the driveway started to have ridges and the cracking increased. By September 2008 the driveway was so badly cracked the pavement started heaving.

Peel Region differed my calls for over 6 months stating repairs were done in the fall. By November 2008 phone calls are answered by a service and not returned.

We were promised a solid driveway that would not crack and one that would last many years. What we got was a driveway that didn't last a year.

I took them to court and won by default... they didn't even have the guts to respond the the claim because they knew I would win. Take them to court, they are even too lazy to do that right.
