We recently worked with KN Law for our condo closing, and we could not be more grateful for their dedication and professionalism. On the day we were supposed to get our keys, the builder’s lawyers caused unexpected delays, and the property manager refused to release them (even though the team at KN verified the day prior there would be no issues). With our baby in tow and nowhere else to go after moving out of our previous condo, we were incredibly stressed.

The team at KN Law refused to back down. Even after hours, they fought tirelessly to resolve the issue, ensuring we got our keys the same day. Their commitment to their clients is truly unmatched. It was my first time working with KN Law and I could not have asked for a better team to oversee our purchase. Beware of these fraud people. This law firm think that clients are stupid. We contacted them for our property purchase. Their sales guy Nalin sent a quote for Stewart Title Insurance while their retainer mentioned First Canadian Title Insurance. There is a difference of 200-300 dollars in both these insurances which the firm is charging from clients’ funds. They must be using this trick on all clients. This firm needs to be reported to law society.

Kiran in an amazing lawyer and provides even better service. She’s professional, courteous and knows what she’s doing. When I used other real estate lawyers, they would always make me speak to their assistant instead of themselves. But with KN Law, I actually got to speak to a lawyer and not the assistant for the first time when selling my property. This law firm really does go above and beyond. I had a virtual meeting upon my closing which is a bonus for me as I didn’t have to go into a physical office to sign tedious paperwork. Whenever I had any questions, Kiran and her assistant were always available to either take my call or respond to my emails in a timely manner. I’ll definitely be using them for my future real estate endeavours.

We used KN Law Real Estate Lawyer for the first time a few months ago for a refinance. We chose to use a lawyer so we could speed up the process and have the funds much sooner. Kiran and her team were fantastic. Even though there were last minute issues with financing (especially in this market), she made sure that we were able to close and get our keys before the weekend. She only got the funding from our bank literally one hour before cut off time for the weekend. Thank you Kiran from the bottom of our hearts for the amazing service you provided.
