Stunning arrangement and excellent service. My friend who received them said, “They’re gorgeous! I don’t believe I’ve ever received any flowers as beautiful as those.” I placed the order the day before delivery on their website, and Tognoli came through. They even sent me an email with a photo of the arrangement so I could see it before it was delivered. I would trust them with my order again in the future.

Chose Tognoli Florist because of their personal touch. The person who answered the phone was actually in the floral shop, not an operator in another country! Exceptional florist! They care about your order. They ask detailed questions and go above and beyond to do everything possible to ensure your order is exactly what you want. Flowers are expensive. Tognoli's understands you want your money to go as far as possible. You are not a number. You are as important to them as the recipient of the flowers. Ask for Maria.

Beautiful selection, reasonably priced. I love the way they send you photos of the bouquet before it goes out. This arrangement has yellow roses on the website: I asked the florist to change to lavendar roses and pink berries; very happy with the result. She also mentioned that the succulents come with roots intact so the recipient can pot them later, which is handy.

I called to order and spoke with Maria to place my delivery order of the Ceramic Dish Garden with Cut Flowers. She was extremely nice and discussed my order with me. I dictated a note and had the order scheduled. She communicated by email and I even received pictures of the flowers and a confirmation when they were delivered. I was so happy to get a florist that had a combination live plants/fresh flowers for my recipient to enjoy the beauty now and have plants that will continue to live.

I wanted to take a moment and thank Tognoli Florist - Maria was one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of working with on floral arrangements for our three most special occasions.

1. Wedding Ceremony
2. Family Wedding Reception
3. Friends Wedding Reception

We needed a florist for these special occasions and we wanted to make sure that they were close so that the flowers stayed fresh. I posted a project on Yelp and was immediately contacted by Maria. This let me know they were prompt for one, but she was super helpful and friendly. This sealed the deal for us. I had reached out months in advance for this because I wanted to ensure nothing went wrong and that I had time to fix it if it did. Maria not only offered her opinions and suggestions but also gave me feedback on ideas that we were playing with and or considering. Communication and service was top tier as she checked in with me throughout the weeks leading up to the events and most important days of our lives.

We also chose delivery and she arrived promptly every single time! She knocked it out of the park on all of our expectations and she's just a wonderful person to work with. My wife was so pleased with the bouquet and boutonniere used for our special wedding events. The pictures speak for themselves! Maria even sent pictures of the bouquet beforehand to ensure we loved what we saw. This was a 10 out of 10 experience for us and I highly recommend them — SupaFlyITGuy approved! ♥️ - I have been continually impressed by the communication as she never left me wondering when they would arrive and put all of my questions and concerns to rest with ease. I ordered from Tognoli Florist for Mother's Day, and had an AMAZING experience. I was hesitant at first because I had to order last minute, but the flowers and service exceeded my expectations. I received photos of the ACTUAL arrangement, right before it was sent out for delivery! They included a photo of the arrangement from the front, and from overhead, which was really appreciated. I have never seen a company offer this before, and it was reassuring to know that the flowers that I paid for were what I got! They held up great for delivery and were beautifully received.
The flowers were even better than I thought they would be, and everyone loved them. 10/10 recommend, I will absolutely continue to use Tognoli for future orders!

I do not live in the Gaithersburg area so I’ve had to rely on the Internet to help me find a florist there. I’ve ordered fromTognoli twice, and appreciate the customer service and the beautiful arrangements they’ve sent. They always send me a picture first so I can see what the flowers look like , and the recipients have always raved when they’ve received them.

The best florist ever! Ordered 4 arrangements for a company event, and OMG absolutely flawless. Beyond what I expected! The communication was the upmost best as well. Communication is always key, and reassured the flowers would meet my expectations. Given this was a company event, I needed this to be displayed as it was online, and they even sent me photos of the arrangement BEFORE it was delivered. Like what florist does that, TOGNOLI FLORIST. I live out of state and wanted to support a locally owned business. I found this florist through a google search. I am so impressed with the quality and care Tognoli Florist took with my order. They are the best at floral arrangements! I had to send a gift to a friend and without a doubt had to contact them.
