I don’t usually write reviews, but Igor deserves one! From start to finish, he was so reliable, professional, and honestly just easy to work with!

He came in to install my new toilet and sink, quickly assessed everything, and explained the process in a way I could actually understand (no fancy jargon to confuse me 🙈). What I appreciated most is that I’m the type of person who likes to understand how things are done—and Igor actually took the time to explain the process step by step. He was patient, detailed, and never made me feel silly for asking questions. On top of that, he was so neat and detail-oriented, you could tell he takes pride in doing things right, not just rushing to get it done.

The cherry on top? He’s super friendly! It felt less like having a “contractor” around and more like having someone you can trust in your home. And by the end, I had both a perfectly installed toilet and sink and new knowledge about how plumbing works!

If you’re looking for someone dependable, skilled, and kind, Igor’s your guy. Highly recommend! 👏👏👏

I was REALLY impressed with the HUGE plumbing job that Igor and his crew did on our house. They accomplished a big and complicated job of replumbing our house out to the city sewers in only 2 1/2 days. They did OUTSTANDING work!!! On top of the inside work they also had to dig a huge 9 ft deep hole out to the City sewers.

Just a note on these Google Recommendations. I did also check out other companies which had 800 to 1,000 or more 5 star reviews. These other companies proved to be RIDICULOUSLY expensive, or insisted on paying a $200 fee for coming out and giving a quote. Not only did Igor do a PROPER analysis of the job (with Camera) his quote was fair and reasonable given the scope of the job which was big and complicated.

I TOTALLY 100% recommend Igor for ANY plumbing job that needs doing!!! He has the expertise (20 years in the business), the experience and the crew to do any job that needs to be done no matter how complicated. Most important he is fair, honest and ethical in his business dealings. Needless to say, his number is a valuable number to have in my address book.

Igor and the team are simply the best! They are very knowledgeable, efficient and fair in pricing. They did all the plumbing rough in and finishing for our whole house renovation; addressed some of my decade long wishlist! Once scheduled in, they show up in time and won’t leave until done! You need trades like that if you value speed and quality! Highly recommend!

We chose AquaRescue to help us with our problem because of Igor. We had few other contractors come out and access situation, but he seemed to know exactly what we need. We are happy we went with Igor’s crew and will recommend them to our friends and family! They Igor’s team can fix any drain problem!
