I put an online order. I personally cannot drink carbonated drinks. So I ordered a sweet tea. I informed a gentleman by the name of Matt or at least that's what he says his name is that there was no sweet tea. He replied we're out! So then I went to the regular tea and there wasn't any regular tea either. He was working the cashier register and I said to him there's no regular tea either. He said I told you we're out! I said to him politely then I'm going to need a refund. He looked at me as if he was going to strangle me and said can't you see all these people you'll just have to wait. Obviously I responded to him that he didn't need to be so rude. Then he proceeded to tell me to get out of his restaurant. And that he would never serve me and don't come back when he is there. This guy is going to wind up hurting someone. Please feel free to contact me if you are the person he hurts because I will be happy to go to court and testify for you. There was no reason for him to get crazy. I'm 66 I try to be as polite as I can to these servers because I know that the job is not easy. But this guy needs to be on some kind of medication because he is going to hurt somebody. Thank goodness it wasn't me. This happened 7/31 between 12:10 and 12:20. I hope the store has video so they can view his behavior. And I never got the refund I just left because he just kept getting crazier. Definitely don't think I'll be ordering anything from this Qdoba ever again.

Food tasted like it had been sitting out for hours on end. Meat was burnt. Tortillas were stale. Was not satisfied what so ever. Girl behind the counter was rude and wouldn’t answer any of my questions. Absolutely will not be back. Would not recommend.

Food was quite good and fresh at a reasonable price. I feel very full with just a bowl despite my typically ravenous appetite. Website was easy enough to use with plenty of options and rarely a stray upcharge for things that ought to be included. I greatly appreciate that.

Service was fine. Fast, casual, nothing out of the ordinary but employees seemed on top of what they were doing which can't be said for every place these days.

Quite recommend and I hope more of these open up as they are a better value than Chipotle.

This place is not bad at all, restaurant is beautiful, staff is friendly, food is good! the problem is they have way too much staff working at once they need a better system put in place. I went in yesterday for national Burritos day for members around 7pm I ordered two hot & sweet chicken bowls via in app waited about 45 to 50 mins a lot of people not happy I spoke to a couple customers that claimed they had been waiting a hour 😳 how awful. The line it self was moving way faster than online orders. The top was when people waited that long to come back and complain about the food being made incorrect after waiting an hour is bad. I waited 45-50 minutes for my food final get home first bowl had way to much vegetables and I asked for light with very little chicken but tasted good 👍 saved my second bowl for today so I had something to eat after working my 10 hr shift, came home heated up my food on a separate plate then realized it was wrong instead of chicken I received pork or beef can’t tell what it is but I posted a picture having look forward to eating it was just sad day for me😕
