I met today a young man named Matt R on Route 40 in Catonsville MD. He was truly delightful and mentioned that if we donate online, he wouldn't receive college credit. I couldn’t stay for long to do it in person, so I’m reaching out to suggest the organization add a way to recognize these young people for their efforts in raising money for a good cause during the online donation process. Beware, they charge you even after you cancel.

I made a donation in November, 2022, then canceled the subscription in December 2022. But I didn't discover until May 2023 that oxfam kept charging me every month since.

I called on 5/24/23 to request a refund, the representative said there's nothing she could do, and she had to escalate it. She said I would hear back from the escalation team in 3 business days, but I didn't receive a call. I called back then, another representative told me the refund would take up to 9 business days.

As of 6/7/23 (more than 9 business days since my request), I still haven't gotten the refund. When I called on 6/7/23, the representative told me they can only try sending it to the escalation team again, and told me to wait 3 business days for a call back.

Been a donating member for 3 years. The only time they call me is to ask for more money. Further when they do call they the call repeatedly even if you hit the end button. Honestly this type of harassment is insane. Then when I call to cancel they didn’t even ask for a reason why. When I then told them why they didn’t even apologize or attempt to remediate the issue. This seems like another charity that just cares about the money and not the mission.

My mother died 8 months ago. I have written this company about six times asking them to stop her mailings. They won't. We continue to get their mailings. You will never get off their mailing list!!!!
