Excellent customer service. The owner himself help me removing decals with out charging me.
It’s hard to find honesty and integrity like this establishment. Recommend to shop every one looking for a body work or decal removal.
Thank you sir

I had to leave a review, this is my second time using Manchester Autobody Repair Shop, and once again they exceeded my expectations.

The first time I visited was a few years ago after I moved to the Connecticut area and needed repairs following a car accident. While driving through the Vernon area where I lived, I came across Manchester Repair Shop. The very next day, I inquired about repairs, and they immediately took my car in and got me into a rental with no hesitation.

Recently, my car needed repairs again, and based on the outstanding customer service I received the first time, I decided to return. The owner, Luis, went above and beyond to accommodate me with a rental. He even found another rental through a different vendor and arranged transportation for me to get there without any hesitation.

His staff is extremely professional and friendly. Luis initially advised that the repairs might take about a week, but they were completed in just two days—now that’s outstanding service.
Also thanks for the car wash .

If you ever need auto body repairs, paint work, or anything similar, this is absolutely the shop to go to. Highly recommend!

I had another amazing experience here! Luis went above and beyond to help fix my car for a price that was much more reasonable than I expected. Not only did they do excellent work, but he also took great care of me as a customer. It’s hard to find trustworthy and skilled mechanics, but this shop is a gem. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest and reliable service!

I had them repair my Audi Q5 and the service was perfection. They kept me informed, the repair looks perfect and they were reasonably priced. I had the repair done in a couple weeks. Forget about the big repair shops, this was the right decision for us. Support local growing businesses. His price was 1/2 of the some of the quotes I received. Fair and honest what else do you need?

When the old lady stops you before dropping your first car off to talk about how good Manchester Auto Body is and how well they've treated her throughout the years, you know you're in good hands.

Luis is the perfect guy to leave your car with. Not only does he charge 1/5 the price of a dealership, but he does a way better job in a shorter amount of time than any dealership.

On top of his quality craftsmanship, he goes the extra mile to do small things for your car or find any problems you may have at no extra cost. He diagnosed issues with my car that the dealership couldn't find, AND he's able to point me in the right direction to who can fix those said problems. Plus, he's a man who can find you any car parts you need at a cheaper price.

You'll be seeing more of my cars, and I'll be recommending Manchester Auto Body to everyone I know who needs body work done.
