My year-and-a-half-old washer needed a new control board. The company covering the warranty opted to pay me what they thought the washer was worth because their repair agency is booked out by a few months with zero openings. I contacted Boone Appliance; Ryan the technician called within minutes. I had left a detailed message online, as I described the problem to him when he called. He said he had one control board in his shop and he had to pick it up. He had one customer waiting ahead of me. He gave me an estimate of when he would arrive and told me the repair price upfront. I agreed. He arrived earlier than he was supposed to. He was professional, well prepared, and quick. My washer is as good as new. I will definitely use Boone Appliance again.

Boones Appliance always proves excellent service in a timely manner. Our technician Ryan was efficient and pleasant to work with. He came out the day after I called and had the part installed 3 days later. Reasonably priced. Will always use this company for our appliances.

I have reached out to the company multiple times now with no returned communication or solutions. The unit we have is older and repairs can be complex, I understand. However, they have not delivered on the job that they were paid to complete. I hate to leave a review that is negative but I am at a loss as to what else I can do. Very disappointed and confused.

I called last week about purchasing and installing a new washer. The owners son was very helpful in getting that set up for me. Marcus came and installed the washer for me and was very friendly and got the job done quickly! I’m so happy to support this local, family-owned company. Wow. Sent a tech out the same day to fix a burner on my stove. Got it working and checked out my ice maker as well. Tech even removed his shoes before coming in. Followed up the next day and made sure everything was still working great. Highly recomend and they will be my applicance people for now on. Great job guys !

After sending a tech out to diagnose a problem with our fridge, Boone refused to order the part that was under warranty. While waiting 2 1/2 weeks for the part to come in, we found out from LG that Boone refused the order. No communication from Boone's side ever told us this.

Absolutely amazing service! John was upfront and honest in telling us there was no hope for our old washing machine, which I really appreciated instead of dragging things out. Within just a couple of hours, he had a brand new washer delivered, installed, and ready to go. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We’ve purchased parts from Boone before, but we’ve never had to utilize their repair service until this week. The employee that took our call was so kind, professional, and thorough. Within 24hrs, as promised, the tech called us to see if we would be home later in the day. He then called a second time to let us know he was 30 minutes away. Keith had a great personality, diagnosed our machine quickly, and very honestly told us that it was not worth repairing. He recommended a better brand to look for, and we really appreciate his professionalism. Great job, Boone!

Great service and professional staff. Boone appliance is the reason why I have not had to buy overpriced appliances. They have fixed both my Refrigerator and Dryer over the past several months. Boone Appliance was a pleasure to work with. John came out today to fix a stove and icemaker. He diagnosed the issues quickly and was able to repair. Price for services and repair were very reasonable and he took time to show me how to properly clean my gas burners. Super friendly, great service, would definitely recommend for any/all appliance repairs. I’ll definitely be calling them for any issues that arise in the future!

I have purchased parts from them for many years but today I picked up a dryer belt and it was $45 very over priced. After purchasing I checked with other places I have never purchased parts from in the area and for the same item and price was from $17.97 - $22.95 and in stock so as I figured they are overpriced.
I ordered a spare online for $13.92
