Kevin Wilson stopped by and offered to do a free roofing inspection. I said that was fine and while he was looking he was explaining how their company works and the benefits of working with them. When he got down he explained the process of getting the insurance to pay the damage. I agreed to let him call the insurance company to file a claim and 3 days later the insurance company sent an adjuster to look at any damage that might be on the roof. 6 days later I got an email saying I was approved from the insurance company and explaining the value of the roof and how much they would pay to get it fixed. I called Kevin and he came over let us pick a shingle color and explain in more detail the whole process how they do things and that all I have to pay is the deductible. Overall Kevin make the process super easy, he was very kind and made everything super easy to understand.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Kevin Wilson as he was working in my neighborhood. He pointed out the condition of my roof and told me he could assist us with getting repairs done. He requested to go on the roof and do a quick video presentation to verify the condition of the roof. Needless to say, I was impressed with his professionalism, respect for our property and most of all, his desire to assist us. He spoke with the insurance carrier to get the paperwork started as well as being present when the insurance adjuster/inspector came. We were in desperate need of a new roof and the ceilings being painted. Kendall his roofers and painters were outstanding. Kendall walked us through the process and was available for all questions. We were scheduled for a Thursday, but the weather has other plans and our roof was pushed back a day. The roofers showed up early, worked fast and friendly and were done before dinner. The painters taped everything off with care and paid attention to details. They went above and beyond to make me happy and keep everything clean. Kendall was there watching and making sure all went well. He even came back after everyone left to make an extra trip around the house to pick up any nails missed. We bought a house last year that had a nearly 20 year old original roof. It had clearly been patched a couple times and after a storm earlier in the year it was missing some shingles. We had quite a few roof companies coming through our neighborhood but Pro Roofing was the only one who took the time to walk me through setting up an insurance claim and were very responsive about following up. They even helped me get the claim approved after insurance denied it the first time around. There were some delays due to weather that of course couldn't be helped but they stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process. Site prep and tear out was handled well. They kept it very neat. We had another roof company a few months ago letting trash blow all down the street at a neighbor's house with no one doing pick up and it was very important to me not to be like those people so that made me very happy that Pro Roofing was conscientious about that. Roof turned out great. They seem to be booking out pretty far but I would definitely recommend waiting for them, they are worth it.

These guys did a great job on my neighbors house. I wish I would’ve known about them before I got my roof, which by the way, I got the run around from the big contractor here in Jacksonville cough cough maven….

Daniel came by on the day of install to apologize for noise and to let him know if any debris gets missed during their cleanup. I’m retired and watched them here and there and they were completely done with a good sized roof by almost 4 pm! Wow! My job took almost 2 full days. Apparently the neighbor told me they only paid their deductible, plus some rotten plywood, which blew my mind because I never thought insurance would cover their roof.

Next time I’m calling Pro Roofing and asking for Daniel. Great job!

The journey of having our roof replaced, inside ceilings repaired and painted, and then gutters installed to keep our home in the best condition possible, was an excellent experience, (I would give 10 stars if that was an option).
