So, fueled by our desire to help people and our community with this technology, Midwest 3D Design & Prototyping was created. In March of 2020, our mission was to help in the fight of Covid 19 by making face shields and visors for our local hospitals, clinics, and fire departments. Since opening, we have not only created over 500 face shields, we have now branched out to include other projects such as assisting in creating antenna adapters for a private aircraft company, creating parts for antique restoration pieces, such as a working jukebox. We are big sci-fi fans so we have created a variety of cosplay costume accessories including Halo and Star Wars. Read more
