They were very successful, but the "online industry" was starting to dominate the clothing industry... She realized "early on" that the internet would change consumers "buying habits" and her thriving business. Jeannine was also active in real estate investment and owned eleven properties. It only seemed natural to become a realtor and she has "never looked back". After a few years on her own Jeanine joined her mother, Virginia Scherder, in 2003 as a mother /daughter team. They specialized in residential luxury homes along with golf course communities, relocation, 55+ communities and condos.
