This office is FANTASTIC! The front desk lady, Tiffany, was extremely personable and kind. The office itself was very clean and organized. Dr. Santana is very well-versed in her career and gave me plenty of insight into different options I was looking at. I only had an in ear mold appointment set up but they were kind enough to add an additional hearing test when I requested it, same day! It would be a mistake to go anywhere but here.

Dr.Reisman and the front desk woman (I believe her name was Tiffany 😅) were extraordinary! I felt very well taken care of and listened to and Dr. Reisman was extremely helpful all throughout testing

This is the first review I’ve left for a place where I actually didn’t use their services! But I was so grateful for the kindness and professionalism of Tiffany and the Liberty Hearing Centers team: They checked my ears and found that I didn’t need the service I came for after all—which they told me instead of charging me for something I didn’t need. They were so sweet and patient at every turn—highly recommend them!

I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Scheduling over the phone was incredibly easy—quick, efficient, and very accommodating. The front desk person truly set the tone: warm, welcoming, and exceptionally professional. It’s rare to find that level of kindness and organization right from the first interaction.

The appointment itself was just as impressive. I was seen within two minutes of arrival—no long waits, no stress. The audiologist and their assistant were both highly professional and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed.

In just about 30 minutes, I received a thorough hearing test along with an ear wax cleaning, all done with great care and attention to detail. The entire visit was smooth, efficient, and genuinely pleasant.

If you’re looking for top-notch care with excellent service and respect for your time, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience here. The front desk staff Tiffany was very nice and patient. The doctor explained everything and the appointment was fast. I was in & out and had all my results and recipes emailed to me the same day ! I highly recommend this office !
