Disappointing. The ad says bed and breakfast, which we were really looking forward to after eating out for week, but we weren't told there would be no breakfast until after we paid and toured the home. We found out then there would be an extra charge of $30 US for breakfast.
Security between floors is minimal and it felt uncomfortable not meeting the guest below when the owners do not live on the property.
The bedroom was dated but adequate and the view from the deck was nice.
Quite pricey for what you get with no breakfast.

Bed and pillows are comfortables. Room is super clean. Quiet and peacefull. Amazing view on the lake. Good place to relax. The helpfull guest. He gave us informations regarding the historic native site, foods and restaurants. We would love to go back and stay 2 days instead one nights.

The place was perfect for our needs. Clean, beautiful location and friendly people. I’ve owned vacation property in the area for years, but learned new things about the area from the owner. The house borders Lake Roosevelt (Columbia River). Hence the great location.

Phil and Linda are not only diligent property managers, they are both quite accomplished cooks! If you request the breakfast option, you are in for a gourmet treat. The place is neat, orderly, and well maintained. Completely stocked with everything you might need. Don’t forget to ask Phil about Burning Man too.

The house was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The view of Lake Roosevelt was fantastic and breakfast was great. Our host, Phil, was entertaining, informative and very much added to the experience. We will come back when we're next in the area.

After a long drive what a great place to relax and look out over lake Roosevelt. Clean and quiet fully stocked kitchen with anything you require to cook. The host was knowledgable about the area and then left us to enjoy this BnB. I recomend this spot and will be back.

The large home was perfect for our fishing party of four. It was quiet, clean with beautiful views of Lake Roosevelt and convenient to the marina where our boat was moored. The beds were all large enough for four adults and we each had the privacy of our own room.
Zero complaints or issues and our hosts were helpful, informative and easy to work with.
Thanks for a great time!
P.S. The great weather and cooperative fish made the stay that much better.

Jean and I were on an annual Geocaching adventure to Washington. We ended up driving 1624 miles, through 13 counties and logging over 200 geocaches. A very successful trip. One of our stops was here at Riverwood. We were covering a lot of ground so we could only stay one night, however, the hosts made sure that our every need was taken care of. When we arrived, Phil met us as we were drinking a glass of wine in the Gazebo. He gave us the tour of the place to ensure we knew how everything worked. Nice touch. After he left we relaxed a little more and enjoyed the view. Then it was off to the local BBQ for some amazing food. After we returned to the house, we poured a big glass of wine and settled into the hot tub. What a treat that was. By this time we were full, happy and tired. The next morning we got up early and grabbed one of the local Geocaches. Phil and Linda arrived right on time and started crafting our really yummy breakfast. Of course we drank the special custom made coffee and enjoyed a great conversation with our two hosts. We really did not want to leave but, heck, there were geocaches to get. So we bid everyone ado and headed off to our next adventure.

The house was so warm and inviting from the moment you pulled up the driveway. The living room was comfortable and relaxed. We spent the evening soaking in the amazing hot tub off the back porch while listening to the river. We stayed in the Ponderosa Room, the bed was so luxurious, the mattress and pillows were beyond comfortable, and they had the softest sheets ever! Our room even had a private bathroom with thick fluffy towels. Breakfast was so delicious, our eggs were cooked perfectly to order, a beautifully arranged fresh fruit cup, and my husband devoured the fresh mini cinnamon rolls. Thank you Phil and Linda for your impeccable hospitality.

The views were great and was only a few minutes from where we were turkey hunting.
