Not a bot wooo. Order outside of Province Friday and got it Monday. Beautiful packaging and product. Wonderful to deal with and great prices. Will order again if needed and will stop by for regular browsing..

I wanted to chip in here as I've seen a lot of bad reviews for Doctor Deals.
I did find that the e-transfer payment method was a bit odd, but took the risk with better reviews lately.
I order a Henry Gold Boy that I couldn't find stock from anywhere else. It only took one day to confirm my PAL and ship my item. I then got in 3 days (a day early from estimate) brand new in box covered in another plain box delivered by Canada Post.
I feel that this company has cleaned up in the past year and I would recommend purchasing from them if you find something you like.

I have ordered twice from doctor deals, once a Mossberg 4x4 second a savage axis, both times were good experiences, not a bad thing to say, e transfer accepted fast, guns shipped within 24 hours of accepting e transfer. I can't wait for the covid to slack off so I can visit the store!

I bought an item for a few hundred dollars, once received the item was broken and very rusty, not usable! They don't want to take their responsibility, and hang up on the phone ! worst service I have ever had! then the formal notice is the way !!!!

John went out of his way to help me with an on-line purchase. Took the time to get the gun and inspect it while we were on the phone. Excellent service, packaging and shipping were perfect. Did make sure the box had extra packing to protect my purchase and got ready for shipping the same day. No problems at all.

Bought a firearm online. Slow to ship due to them getting the PAL paperwork before sending. Other than that product I received was as advertised. Very happy.

Does not practice legally, prices are cheaper with cash so he can cheat the government and keep it off the books. Terrible attitude. Zero returns even after he sells you used items claiming to be new. Malfunctions, anything. Worthless shop with zero integrity.

bought a used mares leg chiappa 44 mag. this gun was listed as used, when i unpacked the gun it was flawless. dealing with these guys was a hoot. thanx, i will be back. ivar

I recently purchased a firearm from doctor deals a Baikal MP161.22LR semi auto carbine. it was being advertised by doctor deals n there website as a brand new firearm, when I received it the rifle box was marked as a shop demo I opened the box the screws on the rifle were rusty the slide rail pin was rusty the magazines wee rusty. and before trying to fire it I oiled it and tried to clean it up. when I fired it the rifle had major issues such as ,failure to fire, feed jams, beating up the bullet tips to the point when they tried to load into the breach the bent up and the tips came out of the casings. or the rifle would not fire at all magazines don't seat properly there is a bit of play and drop age on them and when I informed doctor deals of the demo they sent me and not a brand new rifle as I was led to believe I was buying .all doctor deals replied back was We don't offer return on any products Warranty is available for new guns through Canadian warranty centers. they are not to be trusted ,I do not recommend anyone buying firearms off doctor deals. I have since filed a complaint to the BBB ,and I am not stopping there I am out $435.00 not going to happen if I have any say in this matter.

I was in there store A few hours ago and they put all the munitions on the main floor for easy access. They also carry A large selection of firearm accessories. I'm really happy I came across their website on the internet.

Good costumer service, wide variety of movies and musical instruments but limited in electronics. The air guns are a nice addition to the store, along with smoking products.
