Dr Lopez painting is amazing!! Smaller company, providing more personalized service. Professional, responsive and does great work! We color drenched our third floor that was the length of our entire house in a dark gray. Delmar, not only color drenched beautifully, but he painted the doors, replaced face plates, took care of all areas we wouldn’t have thought of to have a continuous look. They also painted our outdoor pergola and sanded, primed, caulked, painted screened porch and stained the wood ceiling. Delmar is extremely detail oriented! Looks beautiful. I always get three quotes and Dr. Lopez Painting was under the other two better known companies in Raleigh. Normally, I would be reluctant to go with someone that was not as well-known, but they actually painted inside and outside of a friends substantial home addition. She loved the work as well so we were happy to try them. Will definitely be calling Delmar at Dr Lopez Painting LLC back to paint anything we need at the house!

DR Lopez did an excellent job cleaning, hand sanding and staining our back deck. He worked with great care and left everything in perfect order when the work was finished.
He did a fine repair on a front window that was damaged from sun and weather and also caulked all exterior windows.
He definitely takes pride in his work and does a great job.

I am not someone who usually leaves reviews, but I have to come on here to rave about Dr. Lopez!

My family was absolutely blown away by What a good job they did. They were very thorough and handled everything. Not only did they paint the house beautifully, but they also cleaned out the gutters, spackled over nail holes, fixed the siding, blew the leaves in my yard, took off the plastic on the new windows and painted the door for no extra charge. I didn’t ask them to do any of those things, but they offered graciously and it felt like they really cared. The price was very good for all that they did! I was very impressed.

This is a family business with good-hearted, talented and hard-working people. I will recommend them enthusiastically to every homeowner know!

What a wonderful experience!!!
First of all I am a realtor and Delmar did a wonderful job painting The interior of one of my clients houses. But since then he has come out and did an absolutely fantastic job on replacing Trex on my front porch. Not only that, but he went over and above, he put all of the old boards up in my carport, he blew off my roof. He replaced some other items that I needed taken care of on my house. When I came back he was blowing off my sidewalk and my driveway. I would highly highly highly recommend him for any work. I am going to get him to give me an estimate to paint my kitchen cabinets and when I need anything else done painting or small jobs like for siding, I will be calling him.

Delmar gave us a very reasonable estimate and once the work began he is very meticulous, organized & neat to boot. We are completely satisfied with the painting on the first floor of our house so he is coming back in May to do the second floor. He went an extra mile to fix the shelving in our garage to prevent it from collapsing.To summarize we highly recommend Delmar .

Simply the best! The planning and communication was excellent. They were able to accommodate the specific paint we wanted. They got the job done with great attention to detail. Delmar Lopez painted my screened porch and is hands down the best painter I’ve ever used. Super responsive, came to my house twice before he even started painting to determine exactly what paint was the best to use. He moved all my furniture off the porch and even painted my old wicker furniture and now it looks brand new! From start to finish, it took him less than three days and that included removing all the screens, washing the porch, painting the trim and siding inside and out, and prepping and painting the floor. At the end of the project he moved all my furniture back onto the porch and even brought felt pads to stick on the bottoms of the chairs so they wouldn’t scratch the freshly painted floor! The job site was left near and tidy at the end of each day. I have absolutely no complaints and would 100% recommend him to anyone!!
