10/10 it tops all other omakase nearby. What an incredible experience from the moment you walk in and enjoy a delicious honey lemon rose water prosecco cocktail in the waiting area, to the extensive and engaging explanation of the champagne pairing we opted for, to the incredible nigirizushi bites prepared with such integrity and care from the engaging sushi chefs.

Every piece was accompanied by a thoughtful description spoken by the sushi chefs. But even without it, the food speaks for itself. Every bite felt so thought out, as if each singular piece of nigiri was given the same attention commanded by an entire dish. Everything was so flavorful, balanced, whole, honest, well-rounded, and most of all, SPECIAL. I can’t wait until our next visit here. We will be coming again.

Everything was top-notch and fresh and delicious and genuine. A lovely modern twist on traditional nigirizushi, with every bite more unique and intriguing than the next.

I highly recommend coming here. It is absolutely worth it. I’m here lying in bed writing this review and can’t stop thinking about the most buttery hotate I’ve had in my life…

Absolutely incredible experience. From the welcome cocktail to the wine pairing to the sushi courses. They accommodated my gluten allergy as well. An email was sent after thanking us for visiting and asking for feedback. Truly phenomenal and I can’t wait to go back.

Sushi Bar is another level of food enjoyment when Rey Bello organizes the Chef's visits. I have been there for two of those and every time it is a completely different vibe and experience. I am so glad to go there as I also have the opportunity to know more people who enjoy living different experiences here in Nashville. Follow Rey Bello in social media and stay tunned for his next events.
