Jonathan was so helpful in designing my backyard space. I had an idea and he recommended the best option for me. The workers had everything completed in a few hours! So happy with the result. Great service and price!

Epstein Property Care recently completed landscaping work at our home. We could not be happier. The attention to detail was superb and the project was completed on time and exactly as promised. Excellent experience overall.

Signed up with Epstein Property Care in the fall. Jonathan, the owner, came to the property to look at the scope of work involved. I received a follow-up quote/agreement by email. Now in April, we arranged for a day with no rain in the forecast. As promised, their 2 man crew arrived first thing in the am. They were efficient and worked non stop. In aprox 1 hour they were done. They also pruned hydrangeas. Very simple and very satisfied :)

Epstein Property Care has taken care of our snow service for many years. They have done a great job, particularly this year which has started off with a surprising amount of snow. Good quality control and prompt service. I recommend them, particularly if you have a narrow driveway, as we do."

We are first time users of the Epstein snow removal service.
We were so impressed with the first snow fall service. They were here first thing in the morning, hand shovelled our narrow driveway , sidewalk , front walk and carefully removed snow from our 2 cars They then put salt around as there had been freezing rain
The 2 fellows doing the job were pleasant and polite.
We look forward to the same wonderful service all winter

I am delighted with Epstein Property Care snow removal service. Our contract starts on December 1, but they arrived one day earlier to clear our driveway and front porch snow. In past years they've been consistently prompt and thorough and we are very grateful to their snow removal team.

Very happy with the work done at the house. Laid grass, planted tall grass, added soil, cut limbs off some trees and more. Cleaned up every day and wanted to make us happy. On time or called to let us know if there was a delay. Very professional and priced well against their competitors. I would recommend their services.

Have used Jonathan and his team for years - both lawn care and snow removal. Can always count on them to do a great job. Reliable, well priced. Have recommended them to my neighbours who are also very happy.

Epstein Property Care provides fast and friendly service by it's qualified owner and his team. We had the cottage front path stones, tall grasses, ferns and ground cover beautifully designed and professionally installed. We couldn't be happier with the results! We will definitely use them again to finish the waterfront.

My experience with the Epstein Property Care Team was nothing but positive.
The team arrived in a timely manner after a storm even during one of the worst winters with extremely heavy snow falls. The team was always respectful of my property, polite when asked questions and always did a great job with snow removal and dealing with freezing rain and ice. When needed, ample amounts of salt was applied. It was fabulous having our cars cleaned. The Epstein Team did such an obviously excellent job several of my neighbours asked for the company information which I was pleased to provide so they could get information on the service for their property.
Overall, outstanding customer service for me.
Thank you to the Epstein Team for helping to make this winter a little easier to deal with!

Great level of service and accountability. I connected with the company due to the accumulated snow on our sidewalk (after the storm). Johnathan had his team clearing the snow within an hour of our call couldn’t be more responsive ! Thanks Johnathan and Team.

Lack attention to detail (specifically around edging) & owner gets really defensive when you politely ask a question. In fact, wouldn’t be surprised if the owner responded to this review. This is not a fake review, people don’t waste their time writing something unless they’ve had a bad experience- perhaps, just do a better job and be polite and no one would leave a bad review.

Mr Epstein and his team have done excellent work for our clients over the years and we constantly refer them to people who can use their great services from landscaping, fences and in the winter a professional snow removal team that also does commercial work. It is important for me to note that I have never had a client come back and say anything negative, they have always been happy. When you have a principal who works hard and respects his clients you have a winning combination. I often comment on their pictures in the summer when I see how creative the work is and how clean.

Read other 1-star reviews… this company flyers peoples’ houses in disrespectful ways, then claims we can’t complain because we don’t buy from them. We don’t buy from Epstein because you disrespect our properties. I can’t fathom using a property company who does not respect property owners’ wishes.

Tell your marketing company (who act as extensions of you) to respect our properties, leave us alone and we won’t post. It’s really simple. The company creates negative interactions we don’t ask for and then complains we can’t say anything despite us asking to be left alone. That’s not right.

UPDATE 2: Yet again, Epstein continues to drop flyers on my door and in my mailbox despite a clear sign saying “no flyers please”. You would think after a negative review (which the owner clearly read and responded to) the company would tell their people to stop leaving flyers when property owners have signs asking them not to. Well, guess not. Someone came today, looked at and read our sign (caught on camera), and proceeded to leave a flyer anyway. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and a waste of paper too.

UPDATE 1: please read owner’s response. It may not be illegal to flyer someone’s house (which I never said it was in original post), but it is disrespectful to ignore a homeowner’s clear sign asking for a company NOT to do that (which was fully caught on camera). This is an interaction with this company’s team and associated activities, which I believe merits sharing. Personally, I would not do business with a company that does not respect their existing or prospective customer’s wishes about their property, especially if that is central to their business model.

ORIGINAL POST: My home security cam saw one of their hired people look at my front door sign saying “no flyers” and then proceed to put a door handle flyer on my door anyway. Good way to never get my business and earn a negative review without gaining any revenue.

Here’s that flyer being disposed…

I highly recommend Epstein Property Care for landscaping. They did a fabulous job in relevelling and resanding my interlocking patio. They came on time and completed the work in one and a half days. Left the area cleaned. Always replied to my texts quickly. Great company. I will use them again.

I'm the building superintendent at a small residential building on a large piece of property in North York at Bathurst and York Downs. Since switching to Epstein Property Care a few years ago, our tenants have made countless remarks to me about how great the property looks now. Hats off to John and the entire crew on a good well done!

The staff and crew that arrived were very professional, listen to what what I would like to see, completed the work quickly and followed my instructions and my expectations to the Limit. They cleaned up afterwards even the little bit of dirt that was lying around. I made the decision then that I was going to get them to do my backyard as well this September. I would recommend this company and crew 100% based on my experience.
