Water Heater Warehouse installed a Noritz tankless water heater for me via California Gas company. They did a great job, very clean install! They were on time, neat and courteous. Arturo G. and his partner were very good.

I received a text from Water Heater Warehouse stating that Arturo & Steve were on their way to change out my tank to a tankless water heater. They arrived on time. They were fast, efficient, and the project was done within a couple of hours. The unit is fabulous. All of my questions and concerns about it were addressed. They provided excellent service.

Luis and Sergio completed the job efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. They also took the time to check with us several times to make sure we had no remaining questions about the new tankless water heater and recirculation pump for our apartment. Both were highly professional throughout the entire visit. They noticed right away that we have a toddler—hard to miss—and thoughtfully got the cold water running again as quickly as possible so our nanny could still prepare food, help with hand washing, potty needs, and keep the day moving normally. Luis and Sergio are exactly the kind of hardworking, attentive employees any business owner should be proud to have on their team.

I purchased a Noritz tankless water heater through the SoCalGas Marketplace, and the installation was completed by Chris Thorne from Water Heater Warehouse. Chris was extremely patient and took the time to answer all of my many questions throughout the installation process. He was professional, detail-oriented, and clearly very experienced with tankless water heater installations.

The copper piping was installed neatly and professionally, and Chris made sure the entire work area was left clean when the job was finished. His helper, Albert, was also very polite and professional.

Overall, it was a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend Water Heater Warehouse for plumbing work. Thank you again, Chris and Albert, for a job well done!

Extremely professional while being friendly and very knowledgeable. Discussed everything with me first. Then got to work and within 3 hours. I had my tankless hot water heater. I suggest anyone with southern California Gas Company go through their website and purchase a tankless hot water heater. You will save a bundle as well. As get a one thousand five hundred dollar rebate.
