We decided to work with AM Group Exteriors for roofing and attic insulation because our first experience with them was with their Solutions Consultant, Ian. Ian was very thorough, he spent a great deal of time with us explaining everything of the work we needed done, went up on the roof, went in our attics, took pictures, showed us examples of the materials they would be using....all of this was very helpful to us in making a decision of who to work with.
Brandon and his roofing crew arrived early to get the job done within one day and after a couple of minor adjustments, they all work very hard to complete the job the way we wanted it.
Ray and Josh did an amazing job with our attic insulation while dealing with some tight, and hot, attic working conditions.
Sarah has been very helpful each time I have had to reach out to the home office for assistance.
Overall, we are very happy with the work done and the end results we now have for our home, and very happy with the warranty provided should anything need to be addressed at a later time.

We were very pleased with the work done by AM Group. The job was done professionally and to a high standard. The work area was kept clean throughout the project and did an excellent job with cleanup. We would definitely recommend them to anyone for reliable and quality workmanship.

They are very professional, got the job done in a timely manner. Kept the site clean, never found a stray nail or any leftover debris. Overall incredibly happy with the workmanship and product supplied. Everyone involved was friendly, professional and easy to deal with. Very streamlined and seamless process. I’d use them again 100%.

I hired them to do an insulation and eavesthrough job. The insulation guy noticed that my soffits were fake which was causing my ice dam issues. So we had the eavesthrough guys install soffit pucks . Unfortunately they only drilled through the fake soffit not the real wood ones. Obviously didn't know want they were doing. Of course 2 years later ice dam tore everything down on top of a 2 year old a/c unit.10k in damages. So I approach AM group to see if they could help me out. Well after months of being run around. They provide me with a quote that had a 175.00 loyalty discount. I can't express how disappointed I was from a company that size and reputation. The gentleman in charge at the Muskoka division told me it was a really bad winter ,no big deal just put it through your insurance. Really how about we put it through your insurance. What an answer I couldn't believe it. At no point did they admit fault. There's no denying it , I hired them to do a job and they didn't do it. I will never use this company again. BEWARE.

I’m hoping that by posting this review, AM will take better action on following up and rectify my issue with a roof leak. Been calling them every day to try to understand the issue with my roof leaking. None of their roofers are now picking up my call, and the office says they will call me back but doesn’t follow up.

We got a new roof put on by AM only back in 2022 and started to have issues with leaks. At this point, I am super frustrated at how they’re handling this issue. A new roof should not be leaking in different areas. I will update this review once they actually take the action to fix this issue as they had provided a warranty.
