Tommy was a lifesaver! The slide went out on our 2022 Grey Wolf during a camping trip with our daughter (back from college) and Tommy and crew made the trip to the site to diagnose. He was helpful and professional. Unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed on site but he worked directly with the warranty company to get the repairs approved and then we set up a separate appointment to drop off the camper for repair. Communication was excellent and at the end of the day we got our camper back in working order. Highly recommend MayDay if you ever find yourself in need of their services.

I’m very glad I found Mayday RV Repair. As a local company serving Myrtle Beach, they really understand the needs of RV owners in the area. Before calling them, a national chain was trying to push another expensive roof and seal service on us after claiming they had already redone the roof and all seals the previous fall — less than six months earlier. That did not sit right with me.

We originally brought our RV to the national chain to prepare for the 2026 camping season because they had winterized it in the fall, and we wanted to make sure everything was ready to go. We had already spent several thousand dollars there on two of their full-service maintenance packages, so being told we needed the same major work done again so soon was concerning.

Mayday RV Repair was the complete opposite experience. Since I was too busy to bring the RV into a shop for an inspection, they sent a mobile technician directly to us. The inspection showed that all the seals on the roof and around the sides looked practically brand new, with no signs of wear or weathering at all. Scheduling was flexible, communication was easy by text and phone, and the technician arrived exactly on time.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that feels honest, responsive, and customer-focused instead of sales-focused. I would absolutely use them again.

We had an excellent experience with Mayday Mobile RV Service! Our camper’s hot water heater stopped working, and they came through for us in a big way. From the moment we reached out, they were incredibly responsive and quick to schedule a visit.

Their service was fast, reliable, and extremely professional. They diagnosed and fixed the issue with our hot water heater efficiently, getting everything back up and running in no time. What really stood out was how helpful and knowledgeable they were—taking the time to explain what went wrong and making sure we felt confident everything was working properly.

On top of that, they were genuinely friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole experience stress-free. It’s not always easy finding dependable RV service, but Mayday Mobile RV Service exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing RV repairs!

3/30/26 1st, my call was answered immediately by a person. 2nd-That person scheduled me immediately. 3rd- Bob, the tech, was professional and friendly; and a dog lover. 4th- Bob made 3 trips to fix my RV problems-even coming in on a Saturday. 5th- Owner found the part I needed for my RV instead of having to order it which was helpful as I was leaving in 2 days. 6th- I felt the whole time these people were concerned, and were doing their best to take care of me. 7th- The price was not as much as I thought it would be so I thought it was fair. 8th-Would I use Mayday again, absolutely ,and recommend their business to any RV owner. This was my first time using the heater in my brand-new RV, and unfortunately it would not work. I called Mayday Mobile RV Repair and they came out to the campground. After several hours of troubleshooting, they told me the problem was a faulty gas valve that would need to be ordered.
Since I wasn’t staying at the campground long enough for them to order and install the part, I took the RV home to my dealer. The dealer quickly determined the diagnosis from Mayday was incorrect. The issue was actually the thermostat, which was an easy replacement and covered under warranty.
As a result, I paid $413 to Mayday for a diagnosis that turned out to be wrong. I have documentation from the dealer confirming the actual issue. I have emailed Mayday twice in an attempt to resolve this but have received no response.
I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews for a small business, but I believe competence, accountability, and customer service matter. When a mistake is made, it should be acknowledged and handled appropriately. Unfortunately, that has not happened, and I am still out the money.

We had trouble with our rv and called this service . Tech showed up with a used part. Had to wait for another tech to arrive. Hours later we were told our rv was secured to drive home. We soon realized it wasn’t. Called Mayday back and we were told it was too far for them to meet us. We doubled back and had to stay at a campground. ($58). Next day a different tech arrived. . Situation resolved within a very short time and we were safe to drive home. Our bill was close to $2000.

AMAZING COMPANY. My furnace wasn’t working and it’s freezing out, they had a tech out to me within the hour. He diagnosed the problem within 15 seconds of looking at it, did not have the part but was able to bypass the switch so I could have heat until they get the part next day. The lady scheduling my appointment was very kind and understanding. I’ve never used an rv repair service before so I was a little nervous, but 100/10 recommend mayday!!!! Thank you all so much.

Mayday Mobile Service responded promptly when our AC went out during our beach trip. They had to order the part but had it in the next day to install. The service techs were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend should you need any service. We will call them again should we need to.

While camping at Huntington Beach State Park our furnace would not start and we had a leak from our outdoor shower . We contacted Mayday Mobile RV Repair. They were prompt, ordered parts, and completed the necessary repairs quickly. They also worked with the warranty company for best payment. The entire Mayday Team was very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Totally recommend! Well deserved 5 stars!

On January 17 ,2025 i had them come to storage lot to help with my front landing gear on the camper. The tech was there on time, when i showed him the camper and the landing gear he did he his thing and it worked going up but not going down. So he looked at the wires and motor and told me that it was the motor that was not working. I told him if is the motor it wont work at all not just one way. He kept on saying it was the motor so he spent one hour looking at it and charged me 237.42 dollars said the company would get back me a price to replace the motor. To this day they never got back to me and I brought a 40 dollar front landing switch off of Amazon and guess what it was the switch that went bad not the motor the motor works perfect.

We had our coach in storage and was informed that the engine batteries were dead. So Mayday RV came out to Conway, SC to replace batteries for us. They also informed us that there was no power to our interior house batteries as well. We had turned them off, the guy that was starting our coach monthly left the main power on. We just needed to charge them. Being so far away it was very comforting to know what our coaches status was when we arrived back in SC to pick her up. Highly recommend. We have used them twice. Both times very satisfied.

Tommy took great care of us this winter. He dispatched Bob for a slide track replace in Dec and a hydraulic hose fix in Feb. They came out quick after a call and got everything working super well. Even worked around my wife's breathing conditions in making sure they were free of her allergen triggers.

I highly recommend Mayday Mobile Service! We camping at Pirateland RV Resort and our water heater started leaking and from that moment I called the office they respond with courtesy and send a professional technician Mr Rob which was the most professional person I’ve work with! And resolve the issue with no problem!

We called Mayday RV to check for possible leak causing an unknown odor in our RV. The lady over the phone was very friendly and had a tech respond within 30 minutes. The tech was extremely helpful and within a very short time was able to solve the issue. We could not be happier with our decision on calling Mayday for the first time.

Oct 4 2024. Our AC went out on us in the middle of a warm night. I called Mayday RV that morning and a servicemen was here by 1030. Told us the problem and was able to fix it. Gave us info on our AC to make it cooler and it worked. I will keep there phone number on hand for future trips to Myrtle Beach. Thank you so much!

Mayday RV service was awesome!!
From the lady taking all the information on the phone, to the quick response to our campsite. Our tech Bob was super friendly , knowledgeable and efficient.. he had our water heater issue fixed in less than 30 minutes.
We will definitely use them again if needed when in Myrtle Beach
