Ordered a custom tiny house from these guys and couldn’t be happier. Wonderful and accommodating people who made the process easy. Price was reasonable, and any very minor issues I had were immediately taken care of. Previously I ordered two from a company near my home and my experience there was awful- the difference in quality and service is night and day. The shed I had built by Sunview Builders is great quality. Sunview helped by designing exactly to the specifications needed to be approved by my home owners association. I would definitely recommend Sunview Builders to anyone needing a shed.

I am not sure why they got such a high rating. I was working with Edwin who called me multiple times everyday until I finally decided to go with them. We talked about what I wanted which was two stalls and a tack room and a carport at the end. The tack room was to have a floor and a roll up door on the model he showed me. We also discussed making sure the building was anchored in. Well, I got what looked the same on the outside but no floor in track room a door that does not go to the ground lots and of scratches. There is only vertical support so no horizontal bar so metal does not sit flush but sticks out inside. This was built as a horse shelter at the time of purchase but built as a carport. Sunview builders did not even supply, build or install this building. It was done by two other companies with Affordable Carports doing the installation. And the contract I had thought was saved as pdf when I signed it did not in fact save at all. And Sunview builders went MIA. Do not use them if you think they are doing the building so the reviews mean nothing since they are no longer your contact.
the3 1st 2nd and third are the tack room. TThe door that gaps. The door does not ropll smoothly and made of cheap metal. The other shows the gapping of metal that will need to be covered on all post which also is very bendable metal. This building was to be upgraded due to not having kick panels already on. I am not happy and so upset that EDWIN is no longer my contact.

Edwin was out of town when we contacted him and he contacted me as soon as he got back and wanted to make it right. Apparently there was a confusion between what he told me and what I thought he told me or somewhere in between. The building I purchased was not theirs it was one that they sold their product but did not construct themselves. The building was put together very well however there is a few issues that I discussed with him such as multiple scratches all over the metal and that it did not have the anchors I thought it was coming with. He made sure that they came back out and they put the anchors in that I expected however they did not touch the paint up to my expectations but I was okay with it at this point. Just know that you have to understand who's doing the building if it's not them. If it's affordable carports they will leave trash all over and metal screws so make sure you are out there picking them up before your horses get on them.
Thank you Edwin for getting back in touch with me and trying to rectify this problem wish I would have went with one of your products. Maybe you all need to build one of these.

I have been looking for a building for over 6 months and finally made a decision to get one so I started the process of going to local shops and walking in the buildings, I never thought of going somewhere outside of local but I went online to check prices and looked at their building and decided to not go any further with them because of the distance. I received a phone call from them as a follow up and chatted with Lara and I had made a decision within 10 minutes of talking with her which is unusual for me but she was super helpful the price was perfect and they delivered literally the next day which is also unusual. I will be going back for any further storage needs.

“Best In Class” Service Indeed! Extremely happy with my 8x12 shed. They also offer all metal buildings (carports, garages, horse barns, barndominium shells) in Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Tennessee, and Arkansas. The sheds, tiny homes, greenhouses, chicken coops, and a bit differently built horse barn would only be for Texas. Now my tools have a home and my garage has a gym! LOL Thanks Brendon of Sunview!

The greenhouse is well built, attractive, and moveable as is built on skids. I researched many different styles on internet and this was the most aesthetically pleasing, and high quality that I found. The color selections of metal panels and trim add a nice touch and allow for matching house colors. It has options to add water and ventilation fan as well as various options for benches and shelves. The only additional thing I would recommend, is to add ground anchors to secure building from high winds but these can be ordered from Amazon and easily installed. As stated build quality is excellent and delivery, positioning, and leveling was fast and efficient. We felt pricing was very reasonable and I would highly recommend Sunview Builders out of Lott, TX for your building needs.

We were looking for a portable building to raise baby chicks. We were looking at the chicken coop and run. Baby chicks really need a more enclosed building. We did like that the run did not have a floor. After explaining what we needed, we went into the office to design our building. We removed the floor in the chicken coop side and turned it into a half wall in the middle of the building. We completely enclosed the building and added 2 extra windows.

We placed our order and left our deposit. A couple of days later, we decided we needed to add an exhaust fan. A quick phone call and the design was revised.

Our building arrived on time. Delivery was amazing to watch. The building is well built and will last for years. A perfect solution for raising baby chicks.

I found Sunview Builders after an endless search through Tractor Supply, Lowe’s, Walmart, Amazon and couldn’t find anything that matched the image in my head fit what I wanted. The website is easy to navigate and after getting some quotes, our awesome sales rep- Brendon reached out to me. He went through the different sizes, prices, and answered all of my questions. I ended up finding a coop on their website that I loved. Brendon told me they discontinued the door for that model but they can make it with a standard door- this worked for me. We did the rent to own option and the down payment was very affordable. After about 6 weeks, our coop was done which was within the time frame they gave me. Delivery was super smooth and they delivered it the next day after they called me. The man who delivered was very nice and made sure we put it exactly where and how I wanted which was within a distance from our doorbell camera. I highly recommend!! The doors lock which is something we needed for our own peace of mind. The quality is outstanding. Our chickens and ducks are happier than ever! Thanks to Sunview Builders and to Brendon!

Why I gave five stars. I was worried about getting my children a sturdy shed instead of the ones I made from stacking pellets together. Sunview Builders got a ready made chicken coop within a week of payment and accepted my tax exemption what a plus. Excellent Customer Service from the Sales Rep to the Manager and also the moving company that delivered my building. I just love it!! My neighbors even drove by and stopped to see my building and all of them were very impressed with the quality and they are interested in getting a custom building for themselves.
