These guys are scammers, stay as far away from them as possible. Not sure how they can sleep well at night knowing that they scam people out of their hard earned money on a daily basis. We bought a used fridge from them for $180. It broke down after three days. After many attempts of contacting them, they finally came and fixed it. We're now 5 months in and the fridge broke down again, and the 1 month warranty is over. We pay $65 for a technician to come and take a look at it, and he say the motor is burn, and too expensive to fix.

I wish I had done my research on these guys before buying a fridge. They have changed their name to One Stop Appliances in Richmond at 2777 Olafsen. They advertise on Craigslist. I bought a Frigidaire Apartment Size Fridge from them for $250. It looked as though it was in new condition, and they assured me that because they also had their own in-house repair centre that it had been given a clean bill of health. When I purchased the fridge, the receipt was marked "30 Day Warranty". That should have been my first clue! The fridge stopped working after 33 days. The light remained on in the fridge, but no fans, or running noise. I called them and was told that they could not help me because it was past the 30 days. That it was possible it could be the defrost timer, so just go and buy the part myself and put it in, or pay someone to have it fixed. DO NOT RISK YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY by purchasing an appliance from these guys! You deserve better! They are only interested in making a quick buck. They will not do the right thing for their customers. They are not concerned about word-of-mouth repeat business by gaining a good reputation! Please save yourself the grief!

As with all the comments below. Made the mistake of not doing my research before I went and purchased from these scammers. As with everyone else, they sell you a defective product, will not return phone calls, threaten you and do not call back. I don't believe they even have a proper business license operating out of their 2777-OLAFSEN AVE UNIT 107 Richmond warehouse operation. We need to collectively report them to the city hall, police etc and remove them from scamming any others

I recently bought a plenty of appliances from these people. At first, they promised that their applicances came with 3 month in home warranty. then my dryer broke in the second week after I bought it. I called these guys for in home repair. they are keeping saying they will come, now after 2 weeks they never showed up. when u call em, they even dont answer your call. these guys are the worest people I have ever seen before. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY JUST WANNA YOUR MONEY.

My dad purchased a used fridge from Mann's appliances. The fridge was broken. The salesperson crazy glued the parts to make it look functional in their warehouse. They refuse to cone fix it or replace it. They also kept stalling and sweet talking my poor dad. They also did not give us a valid receipt. I a, taking them to small claims. Please be aware. They have 6 complaints with Better Business Bureau. They post kijiji and Craigslist under following numbers 604 644 1027 and owner 604 961 7273. Please be aware. Great service very helpful the two guys that had came in and helped delivery my fridge, i can understand every company has its ups and downs but these guys deliver a good quality service and help you out anytime, i have used them in about 4 of my propertys and been dealing with them for about 3yrs never had an issue sometimes the wait was A LOT longer than we where told but they always came though!

I have used Mann Appliances to buy used appliances and service in the last few years. I know they have the best prices and their service is reasonable. I have had to wait at times, but at the end the wait is worth it because their prices are great. I have paid way more money to other companies.

Bought a fridge "in perfect condition - used less than a year" for my parents. It lasted for two weeks before it died.
Called and called and called Mann Appliances. At first I got polite concern, but once Karn Mann learned my phone numbers, he never picked up the phone again.
After calling a real repair service, in the end it was cheaper for me to trash the fridge and find another.
Mann Appliances is a Scam. Find another dealer - there are many, none could possibly be worse.

You will find even more information all over the internet about other people that have been shafted by them besides me.
I bought a newer high end fridge from them and 2 days later the compressor failed. I had a different appliance repair guy come to look at it ($150 later), he told me it was unfixable because all the stickers were removed from the fridge, and was deemed defective from the manufacture and was meant for the garbage. I contacted the manufacture to see if I could get help from them and they confirmed that missing stickers was deemed to be destroyed by them or it is a stolen item. They wouldn't even consider repairing it. Mann gave me the run around and said they would replace it by a specific date or give me my money back. They never returned their calls or held up their end of the agreement. Now they just avoid the calls.
I don't want people like him to stay in business, so save your money and spread the word!!

These group of young men are hard working, I contacted him to have my freezer fixed. They told me they were booked up for a few days. I asked him if there was anyway he could squeeze a visit to my house, since it was thangsgiving, and all my husbands cooking would go spoiled. He agreed, and came in at 8pm! problem was fixed in a hour, lifesaver!!

this guy from tel number (604)961-7273 sold me a used washing machine, what a piece of junk! as soon as i got it home i was overwhelmed by the loud noises it made, so i looked inside, found one of the shocks was completely broken off, and worse noticed the door leaked! after some guy named karn promised to come and repair it three times without ever showing up, I finally changed this shock myself then discovered the bearing is no good! what a rip off! called him, best he said was an exchange for another piece of shit used machine.
