Easily one of the best stores in Vancouver for your smoking and snaking needs. They have an amazing selection of products from around the world and if they don’t have the thing you are craving from your country just ask the staff and they will see if they can stock it for you. They did that for me w multiple items I was missing from my travels around the world. Staff are very helpful, very friendly. Go see them say hello and tell em Biff sent ya!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this store. I purchased a snack for my kids, and after we had already opened it and eaten some, I noticed the taste seemed off. When I checked the packaging more carefully, I discovered the product inside was expired in 2024.
The outer packaging had an English label sticker covering the original information, and the expiration date was only visible on the individual packages inside, which is why I didn’t notice it right away.
I returned to the store to inform them and ask for a refund. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff focused on the fact that the package was already opened and partially eaten. They said they could only offer store credit, and even then seemed reluctant because the item had been opened or it was too much hassle for them? Like what if I don't want to ever come back to this store, what if I was a traveler, etc.
That completely misses the point. The issue is that the store sold an expired food product, which is a serious food safety concern. Whether the product is imported or repackaged, it is the retailer’s responsibility to ensure everything on their shelves is within the expiration date and safe to consume.
What was most disappointing was the lack of concern. There was no genuine apology or acknowledgement of the seriousness of selling expired food, especially when children had already eaten it.
I hope the store takes food safety more seriously and properly checks expiration dates before selling products. They are running a business in CANADA.

Do not recommend ordering from here for delivery. I’m sure the store itself is fine, I just had really bad service using delivery. For starters, I put in an order on a Friday, chose local delivery to Burnaby and assumed I’d get it either that night or on Saturday at the latest, because it’s local delivery and that’s how it works. Texted the whatsapp number because on the order confirmation it said they’d get in contact with me to arrange delivery and they never did. They responded to me saying they’ll deliver Monday, not that weekend. Whatever, fine, waited until Monday. I text them Monday since I hadn’t I hadn’t heard anything since - they told me they would deliver Tuesday instead. Whatever. Next day comes, nothing, I ask them about it and then they shipped it via UPS. Great, 100% not what I wanted but at least I don’t have to deal with them anymore. I finally get my order Wednesday and it’s missing one of the eliquids I ordered. Didn’t even bother saying anything because I don’t care to deal with them again.

Since reading the reviews, I decided to post one myself. My husband and I collectors. And saw that this store happened to sell "Popmart Authentic Labubus" and for a around the price others were selling them for. However, upon receiving the item and unboxing - complete disappointment. Not only did the box not come with the name card, the "labubu" itself was a really bad knock-off. Not even a high quality replica.

I am glad others have voiced their experience. It's not okay to be false advertising and then not take accountability. It's one thing if they were honest and upfront, and did not sell it at high price for a bad replica.

Will never order from them again.

Bought a labubu from here and it was a knockoff. Called to discuss and was told they know they’re knock offs and that’s why they’re final sale. Seems pretty shitty to be advertising the real thing while knowing it’s a fake.

This store might look sketchy from the outside but it’s very welcoming and nice inside. I don’t understand why the windows are covered and they don’t just let you see inside the store, that will make people more likely to come in. Was impressed by the large selection of candy, lots of international snacks! Many popular Japanese snacks and weird flavours! Was pretty pricy but that’s expected of a specialized candy store. They have the chickfila sauces! They also had unique cereals in the back. Was very fun to walk around, great place to find gifts for candy/snack lovers! Parking is not easily available in this area, some on 10th or side streets, specifically with the constructions can’t always find parking near Cambie.

Bought this on December 1st.

After noticing some weird taste and structure I decided to check the expiration date and was shocked.

They even tried to hide the original date.

Many options here and it’s a clean store but you will always be charged different amounts of $ for the same product. It depends who’s serving you. They will also insist, numerous times, that you add a tip.
They let you sample vapes that have been on other peoples lips. Just with a rubber cover. Disgusting.
